When we got the bill we were still charged for the burger we ordered even though we didn't receive it. When we asked our waiter, Griffin, why we were charged for it, his comment was "well it was cheaper than what you ate." When we asked to talk to the manager, Sawyer, her comment was "well you ate the burger didn't you?" They did not comp the burger and argued they didn't need too.
