I've went through this drive through multiple times, and every time has been awful! First time I went through, there was shady business and got our food through the back door! Second time I went through the lady was absolutely disrespectful. Last and final time I will go through... my fiancée asked if there was this thing on the menu and this absolute disrespectful lady said "does it look like it's on our menu" a simple question turned into something that felt like a burden. I went to KFC for dinner, they were really busy, as we entered they spoke to us and told us they would be with us in a minute and they were. The employee had a smile on her face, she was very friendly and quick to assist me. We ordered the 20 taste of KFC meal and it was a lot of food and very good. The decor is a typical restaurant. The restaurant itself was so dirty, I didnt even want to eat there, but we were from out of town, hungry, and in a hurry. The chicken was rubbery, and my husband got some water, and it had stuff floating in it. We had to wait for the staff to stop arguing about who was going to help us order, and while we were there, another gentleman came in and there was literally noone at the counter. He probably waited three minutes just to place his order, and then they got it wrong. We were the ONLY customers there. Lady that helped me at the window was fairly rude, got upset when I didn't tell her about my coupon at the speaker when I didn't know if I had to. I asked for soda water, just unflavored carbonated water, and she was rude to me saying she doesn't know what it is and that they don't have it. Didn't ask me if I wanted a receipt and didn't give me one, so I had no idea if I was charged full price instead of coupon price. This all wouldn't have been an issue is she wasn't rude. I used to work here I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There was 2 employees who both used the N word around me. When asked why he said it he said "because he wanted to" say it. One of the quit the other one was promoted after the incident happened. I was confused why he got promoted and not fired for this action. This shows how KFC management handles things. In the time that we got there from the time that we left not one person came out to clean the floors or wash the tables and we were there for 2 hours and when we first got there almost all the tables were not clean the flower was gross and the trash cans were full not to Minchin we got the buffet and they refused to make more food there wasn't enough for all of us for one plate than the employees got mad with us when we asked nicely to put more food out and ignored us and walked away we went home still hungry even tho we paid for a full meal read more

Went for a sprite (a clear drink), and what came out surprised me. The "sprite" sputtered out and when i check the cup to see if anything even came out, if was sprite with black spots? Very, VERY poor service. I've ordered from here several times over a span of a year or so and my orders are consistently wrong both in drive thru and in lobby. I also work in food service/retail so I'm always very clear with what I want and I still don't get what I order. It seems like the employees just don't care at all. Probably bad management. I can recall one visit where I heard the manager swearing behind the counter loud enough for me to hear in the lobby. I get lunch from there today and they don't even put the lid in the gravy all the way & it spills everywhere inside the bag as I'm trying to leave. Have frequented this KFC in Mankato for years. Food is always great. Service good. My main heart ache is with the new Spork it's not quite a spoon it's not quite a fork. They've got to go. The tines on the Spork are so weak they bend over when used as a fork, break after the first or second use they are so flimsy. I'm certain if the company president of KFC were to put their products in front of his family and gave them all a Spork that it would never be used again.
