We have been fighting to get it fixed for almost a month. It was scratched in 3 places and their highly recommended installer is nowhere to be found. He has promised to be out several times but never comes, phone calls not answered and not able to leave a voice message. Alex informed me that they only sell the product, not interested in what their recommended installer does. Still waiting to see if they'll stand behind their highly recommended installer. I've contacted them again so we'll see. Update: our granite has been fixed.

After many interviews and proposals, we met Paul Olsen who came highly recommended. He brought several fresh ideas to some of our own and offered to do as little or as much as we wanted. We were so impressed with his ideas and the work as it progressed that we ended up asking him to do more than originally planned. Wow, we are so delighted with the results! Paul insists on excellence and it shows in the results as well as the process. His crew showed up on time everyday, they were professional, courteous, hard working and focused on delighting their customers. They kept smiling- even after we asked them to move a tree 3 times and they cleaned up everyday after their work. All this and we ended up, even with all the enhancements, paying 45% less than comparable proposals! We enthusiastically recommend Quality Landscape Construction and would surely make this investment with Paul again!

This review is not about the business's services, but a reflection on the owner's character and how…read morehe treats his own community. I'm located near the same dirt road where this business is located. Everything was fine until this week, when the owner, Lisandro Man, decided to dump massive, sharp chunks of concrete into the road's potholes. While he claimed it was to smooth out the road, it was a completely reckless, half-assed job. It looks less like road maintenance and more like illegal dumping to save himself a trip to the landfill from a job site. The concrete chunks are so large and hazardous that we cannot drive down the road without hitting them. Furthermore, the neighborhood kids who used to ride their bikes here can no longer do so safely. To make matters worse, we have since found nails, screws, and sharp metal debris mixed into the holes. When confronted, Lisandro showed zero respect or accountability for his actions: He lied to neighbors: He claimed he had permission from the county, but we called the county directly and confirmed this was a lie. He offered dismissive excuses: He told us to "just drive around it" and claimed the concrete would break down when cars drive over it--which anyone knows will take years. Instead of communicating with his neighbors, he took a horrible, unapproved initiative that has left the entire neighborhood furious. (Goshen is small, and word travels fast). Ultimately, the community had to come together to physically clean up the hazardous mess he left behind. If you want a liar, an unprofessional, and an inconsiderate person handling your projects, then Lisandro is your guy and if this is how careless he is with his own community and neighbors, I would not trust him to be honest, safe, or professional with a paying client's property. Lisandro remove the rest of your mess from the road. Thank you for your attention to this matter!!

His workers are friendly and knowledgeable, and he and his wife are a great team running their business together. Lisandro is easy to communicate with and responds promptly to texts and calls (unlike many contractors). After another cabinet contractor ghosted us halfway through a kitchen remodel, Lisandro was one of the few contractors we talked with that would pick up where this other guy left off and finish the job. Most other cabinet people wanted to start from scratch. They are a kind family that run a great small business well worth supporting, and their work is stunning. Highly Recommend!
