My rating is actually a -5!!! My daughter purchased $10k for new stone counter tops. The…read moreinstallation was done so incredibly horrific, it is still shocking!!. We chose this company to keep our money local and support local business. This company brought in the stone and then used a few globs of silicone and a couple of wedges to support an 8 foot slab of stone. So basically the stone was floating on a couple of globs of silicone. Any weight on this countertop its going to crack... after several emails exchanged they never acknowledged thenvery poor woekmanship, only making excuses. Ignored concerns, would not acknowledge thw poor woekanshil and sent "contractors" that use jargan and completely disrespected my daughter dismissing her concerns. There solution was they'd rip out everything and kiss their ass. So basically, they are okay with BELOW STANDAED work and told my daughter just to pay up. They refuse to do the job PROFESSIONAL job AND have ZERO INTEGRITY. I DONT CARE HOW LONG YOUVE BEEN IN BUSINESS, A HALF ASS JOB IS A HALF ASS JOB!! And half ass is being kind!!!! I guarantee if the OWNER saw this installation he would be embarrassed, or i hope he would be!! I STRONGLY ENOURAGE anyone considering this company for a job - DON'T!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This company has gotten arrogant and cares more about $$$ than quality work. And if you are a woman and a minority, chances are, they are going to screw you over believing you wont have the courage to push back.

Daley built our semi-custom home (modified from one of their plans) in 2017-2018. We've been very…read morehappy with it. The build is good quality, with standard 9' ceilings and options like textured walls and tile floor in most areas. They salesperson was great to work with, and patient with all our questions. What we most appreciated was the ability to change anything we wanted--something tract builders simply refused. We revised the floor plan significantly and added features that were desirable to us, and we felt the change orders were at reasonable prices. John, our construction manager, was incredible. He had many as five trades working at one time, and he made a few suggestions that really improved things we hadn't thought about. The build took about a hundred days from groundbreaking. We did encounter delays getting *to* groundbreaking. Part of the delay was in working with them to revise our plan multiple times until it was just as we wanted it. But there were also delays in getting permits, where it seemed that perhaps they didn't monitor the process as closely as they had promised. That said, we were willing to wait in order to get things done as we wanted. The design process for finishes could have used improvement. They didn't want to discuss any of those details with us until it was time to order, but we needed to do it earlier in order to determine what our costs would be. We also found that some of their default designs were out of date, such as offering granite countertops, platform tubs, and drop-in cooktops when styles had moved on to quartz, freestanding tubs, and slide-in stoves. But we simply requested what we wanted, and they accommodated it--and it's possible they've updated since then. Despite our few small complaints, we would recommend Daley--and we have!

Jeff came out and explained the product was defective and if we gave them some time they would make it right and they did! I can't say enough about the second crew that came in to take the old stuff and install the new Mohawk flooring. They were careful and professional. Yes it took a little longer and we were inconvenienced again living 2 weeks without floors but effort was to make it right and we appreciate that. It's been about a month and the new floors look great. I never had any experience with stealing as some reviews mention and again dealt with two different crews. We always want to support local. We're appreciative that the company didn't shy away from responsibility and made sure that customer service was paramount.

I have thanked Wendy several times for this referral My oak floor had been covered by vinyl and damaged in several places. This was not an easy restoration. Although Tanner was a "nice guy" he stopped showing up and had an inexperienced guy do all the work by himself. It's the patch job that really angered me and although he has been contacted a number of times he did not fix the patch work job he did, nor would he try to match the old wood like he said. The following photo speaks to the extremely poor quality of repair and finish he did. I guess my being nice hasn't worked. I had to call another company to come in and fix his horrible job.

I…read morebought LVP flooring at Burgos tile in 2021 and Alex was very helpful, a little pushy when he saw I was hesitant to buy , however I liked the material so I bought it and he told me he could use his "people" and subcontracted out to different people for the demo, installation etc. When the flooring was done I liked it however there was minor things that needed to be touched up like some caulking. I called him twice and he never returned my phone call. I no longer was a priority after I paid him. I started having issues with my flooring as well last year , the floor was lifting and material breaking in many areas after a few years . I called him and he would not talk to me he said I will call you back and would not call me back. I continued to call a few days later and explained what my issue was ,he was very short and rude did not want to help me . I was trying to get warranty information but he did not want to help and ended up telling me off and cursing at me very badly saying my floor was messed up because "I was walking on it ". I was in shock at his behavior. After this I decided to try to repair myself since he was unwilling to provide good customer service to a customer who trusted him. I recommended friends to him and they had the same issue with their floor. The issues I was having was with the installation not being done adequately, a lot of cutting corners from the beginning . Alex charges you a big fee and pays the subcontractors pennies so you don't know what you're going to get. This is not good business, and he is only concerned about his personal profit. Trust me Alex is helpful in the beginning when he wants your business but if you have any issues after you pay him he will not help you. I spent a lot of $$ and expected a better outcome a lifetime warranty floor turned into 4 years . Do not buy from Alex or use him for installation on LVP learn from this information you will save yourself a lot of $$, time and headaches.
