So basically the stone was floating on a couple of globs of silicone. Any weight on this countertop its going to crack... after several emails exchanged they never acknowledged thenvery poor woekmanship, only making excuses. Ignored concerns, would not acknowledge thw poor woekanshil and sent "contractors" that use jargan and completely disrespected my daughter dismissing her concerns. There solution was they'd rip out everything and kiss their ass. So basically, they are okay with BELOW STANDAED work and told my daughter just to pay up. They refuse to do the job PROFESSIONAL job AND have ZERO INTEGRITY. I DONT CARE HOW LONG YOUVE BEEN IN BUSINESS, A HALF ASS JOB IS A HALF ASS JOB!! And half ass is being kind!!!! We already had the new kitchen designed and cabinets ordered from Lowes. Needed counter tops but Lowes was behind on obtaining material. We thought we would check out local options and considering obtaining construction supplies during Covid has been difficult, we would try a local option. We went to Elite and dealt with Brenda Tinoco directly. She and her husband Alejandro "Alex" Tinoco showed us the material they had available and my wife fell in love with the crystal grey quartz counter tops. They provided us an estimate and we paid up front for the material. Arrangements were made with both Brenda and Alex that since our cabinets were taking 16 weeks to be built and delivered, that we would contact them once they were installed and they could come out to install the counters. They would hold the material that we purchased and it would be ready to go when the time came. Alex told us directly that it would take one day to do the template, next day to install. Left after paying for close to 1/2 up front, felt that the counter top issue had been resolved. If only I knew what was to come. Please read on. Fast forward to the beginning of the nightmare and misrepresentations made from this company. Appointment was arranged by me for Alex to come out on September 30, 2021. I had to change this appointment to the following Monday, October 4, 2021. I wait all day until I finally was able to call Alex later in the day. He said he would be out the next day. (Notice, I had to call him, he didn't call me to let me know that) His excuse was that he was falling behind in another project. I thought okay, I would give him the benefit of the doubt. October 5, 2021 (Tuesday) I wait for them to show up again. Again, they do not show up and I have to track down Alex via telephone again. He tells me that he had to send someone down to LA to obtain some material. Suspicious as I had already purchased the material in June and they were supposed to hold it, not use it for another job. This told me that they used my material that I purchased without asking me. As I had already paid for half the material, I again gave them the benefit of the doubt. I was told by Alex that he would definitely be out there the next day. Alex tells me no later that 10 AM. October 6, 2021, I again wait. By the time it gets to noon, I call Alex again. He tells me that it is going to definately happen today, that he had to send someone down to Bakersfield for the material. (Notice, the day before it had been LA. Obviously, getting difficult to keep things straight with these folks) Alex and his team finally show up around 1:30 pm. They have the materials, but tools are on another truck. We wait and the other truck appears. They start to do work. Specifically, these are the items we wanted installed: 1. Stainless steel farmhouse sink. They indicated that they provide this service and it would be no issue. 2. Install Quartz countertops. Now, assuming that installing countertops is what this company does, I assume that they would know what they were doing. WRONG After they were done, Counter tops looked good. Alex only stayed during half of the job but specifically told me that if there were any issues, to contact him directly. He wanted to make sure that I was happy. October 7, 2021 Wife and I walk into the kitchen the next morning and try to open one of the top drawers. It sticks on the counter top. These are all maple plywood, semi custom, brand new cabinets that the top drawers will not open and close correctly because Alex and his team failed to properly measure and check the drawers before installing the Quartz. It appears that the plywood they used on the counter tops was too thin, had it been thicker, I would not be having the issues with the drawers that I am having. I take a video of it and text it to Alex, telling him about the issue. He tells me that he will come out later and take a look at it. Kitchen plumbing is now delayed and can't be installed because I am waiting on Alex to fix this. I contact Alex as he had not shown up I ask him if he is coming out today. ( I know, stupid question right?) He said he will. I took a full day off work again waiting for him. He finally calls me at close to 5:00 PM, asks he if can come by tomorrow morning. ( I had already taken two days off waiting for him to appear) I tell him no. He asks when I would be off work so he could stop by. I inform him that I will be back home at 5:00 PM. He said he can stop by then. October 8, 2021 I texted him twice today to confirm that he was coming by, he confirmed that he was, that the store closes at 5:00 PM and that he would swing by right after. Again, nothing. I have called and texted both Alex and Brenda. Texts are ignored. Calls go directly to voicemail that is not set up.

I…read morebought LVP flooring at Burgos tile in 2021 and Alex was very helpful, a little pushy when he saw I was hesitant to buy , however I liked the material so I bought it and he told me he could use his "people" and subcontracted out to different people for the demo, installation etc. When the flooring was done I liked it however there was minor things that needed to be touched up like some caulking. I called him twice and he never returned my phone call. I no longer was a priority after I paid him. I started having issues with my flooring as well last year , the floor was lifting and material breaking in many areas after a few years . I called him and he would not talk to me he said I will call you back and would not call me back. I continued to call a few days later and explained what my issue was ,he was very short and rude did not want to help me . I was trying to get warranty information but he did not want to help and ended up telling me off and cursing at me very badly saying my floor was messed up because "I was walking on it ". I was in shock at his behavior. After this I decided to try to repair myself since he was unwilling to provide good customer service to a customer who trusted him. I recommended friends to him and they had the same issue with their floor. The issues I was having was with the installation not being done adequately, a lot of cutting corners from the beginning . Alex charges you a big fee and pays the subcontractors pennies so you don't know what you're going to get. This is not good business, and he is only concerned about his personal profit. Trust me Alex is helpful in the beginning when he wants your business but if you have any issues after you pay him he will not help you. I spent a lot of $$ and expected a better outcome a lifetime warranty floor turned into 4 years . Do not buy from Alex or use him for installation on LVP learn from this information you will save yourself a lot of $$, time and headaches.

I responded 8 min later to a doorbell ring (8:00) that I didn't get a notification. Told them I'm home at 8:08am via text and they didn't respond to the text. I was ghosted. So I messaged the office and They said they can't come back out due to other appointments. I Expressed my concern with the secretary since I had scheduled them into my work day and why do they have 15 min grace periods if they're not going to use it. Cruz didn't have to leave. He didn't even attempt to call me. They called me later in the day and said they wouldn't send anyone back out and would decline giving me a quote. I'm assuming it's based of me telling them it was an insurance quote. As I began to speak I heard the click of it going to a speakerphone (extremely obvious) and I called them out on it since someone more important was listening to conversation. Little do they know insurance has already paid me to replace it nor did I care. The receptionist said they're a small family run company which I gave them the benefit of the doubt, so I provided them an opportunity to have the owner call me rectify the poor communication. Obviously he didn't care cause he didn't call me. I work in a sales industry that involves residential homes. This was an absolute fail, 1/10 in my book. First impressions are often a sign of the standard set by a small business. There's already bad reviews for this company and as you can see, there's other business you should consider before even remotely trusting them with your money. Trust your gut.
