Restrooms for a fast food joint, which I know may not be a thing where you live, but in my native Southern California, it's a bonus. But there's not a toad lock on the door here, which is another fancy joy we get to experience in idiot Island, CA. The employees who have nothing to do with their suppliers are always very clear about if they're out of certain ingredients, apologize, and usually give extras of other things in order to make up for it. Every time I interact with someone who works here they are incredibly kind and overly thankful for us understanding that short staffing/being out of ingredients isn't their fault.
