I would recommend walking in instead of driving through since the drive-through gets hectic, and the interior is pleasant (though sound bounces, so it can get kind of loud.) Worst coffee in Omak. The last few times I have gone thru the drive thru the coffee wasn't even ground and no shot pulled. It was just less than a minute and I have a coffee. The only way this is possible is if they have old stale shots just sitting there. I didn't drink my coffee. It was so disgusting. I even have a gift card for them and I won't use it. But almost every time I've interacted with their baristas they have been short with me, rude, dismissive, and sometimes downright b*tchy. I am sure the gals are under a lot of workplace pressure, but it couldn't hurt to be kind to their customers. Small little coffee shop. Sat inside for a couple hours to sip on some coffee and get some work done. First time in, so I don't know who the two female baristas were at the front, but I was shocked to hear the conversations they were having. They were talking out loud about men staring at their breasts, talking rudely about other business's in the area, and bashing Christianity. My mom lives up in Tunk Valley and the Pumphouse has become a staple of my visits to the Eastside. I usually order something different every time, and have never been let down. The staff are always very welcoming and helpful. I always do walk-up, so I'm not sure if that makes any kind of a difference, but I love their lobby and outdoor seating. I got the chai with pumpkin pie sauce yesterday, and it was so good! Subtle but very satisfying, along with a cookie. Just right. My partner was a barista for nearly ten years and can be a bit picky, but she was in love with their Mayan mocha. Overall, amazing every time! read more

I have visited twice now to get coffee since I live out of town but the coffee is good and girls are friendly. They have 2 drive up windows if you are in a hurry or you can walk inside where there is seating and enjoy a pastry as well. On a sunny day they have tables to accommodate a relaxing break with your coffee as well. I'm sure I'll be back the next time I'm in town! read more

Delicious coffee and friendly baristas! Because tarbucks doesn't have a drive through in Omak, this has become my favorite coffee stand!

We spend 15$ to 25$ every morning here for my wife including coffee runs for her coworkers as well or at least we did.. The service is usually good and most of the BariStas customer service skills are great and they are polite and the coffee is decent, Just watch out for Medusa the owner she is Disdainfully Condescending and if it was justified then by all means I wouldn't be writing this but i have heard multiple times where others have dealt with her demeaningly smug attitude as well so I figured it was a noteworthy issue to bring up because I do not support business owners that mistreat there customers.. especially regulars that help keep the lights on and the pipes thawed in the winter.. read more

The best frappe's are made here. I have yet to find one on my travels as good as there's. The baristas are all wonderful and the new ones don't take long to know what you want. They also serve home made pastries from local businesses. read more

I do not like Safeway Bagels and was disappointed to find out after I got it where they get their supply. With the very high standard of everything else they serve I would expect that maybe they could carry a product maybe from the Methow Valley or similar quality. Safeway uses low grade oils in most of their bakery items. I threw it away as I know better than to eat that. read more
