The Rosti did not disappoint. Full disclaimer: Rosti can be a bit heavy with the cooking process that can include butter along with some bacon. Yes, the Rosti had the expected greasy texture, but just enough to make it savory without overpowering the various ingredients. I would recommend this restaurant if you are interested in trying the traditional Rosti dish in several varieties.

The waiters greet you with a smile and show you to a table with a pressed white tablecloth and within a min our drinks order arrived. I ordered a half dozen Belon oysters to start. The taste of the sea fills the mouth and its salinity lingers. Then a pot of steamed moule with shoestring frite. About a half kilo and I couldn't eat even one more. They were delicious. The waiters were always ready with a smile to top up your drink or serve us more moule but never in the way. Good to be back again.
