Fredin's quote was incredibly fair and came in lower than the competition. Two days after that, he was able to bring his crew in and within a single afternoon they were able to cut down one large tree, four small invasive trees, grind three stumps and trim dead branches from a large pine tree. We have used Lineberger's tree service for many many years for tree removal and mulch delivery and knew that they would be the ones to contact for such a big job. They sent out their arborist and gave us a very reasonable quote for removing the huge tree and some limbs from another tree that were hanging over the house. The day of removal, their team arrived with two cranes, chipper, trucks, and an amazing crew. Watching them work all day long was truly an experience - seeing those giant tree pieces flying through the air from the crane. We honestly felt like we were in the best hands. We highly recommend them for any type of tree work you need.

An amazing crew of 6-8 highly skilled professionals arrived with trucks, a crane, and all the necessary equipment. They worked efficiently and safely, completed the job quickly, and even removed both stumps. I have to brag about their skill level. For 2 years now L&L has been helping me turn my property into a welcome mat for Mother Nature. They have rebalanced my trees to make them weather resistant, advised on how to get rid of invasive non-native plants like stiltgrass and dog fennel, planted dogwood and redbud, and are completing the first year of installing a native prairie in place of the lawn. Big plus, I don't need to pay a gardner or be one of those schlubs out there mowing my grass in the heat every week. When you go native, nature maintains itself with only tweaks from you. I'm not a plant or nature geek and being from out of state I don't know much about NC plants but the L&L folks explain to me at every visit how doing this or that supports these and those. I tell people my yard is saving all of nature in NC one plant at a time (you can thank me later). I love having experts help me do it. BTW, you don't have to be home when they're working. Before they come, be clear to them on your goal and any details that matter to you. They'll leave a hand written note telling you what they did and why.
