Regardless of any disagreement that may have occurred, this type of threatening and intimidating behavior was inappropriate and unnecessary. But the thing that I really appreciated was that after the inspection, they've already been paid, and I'm hiring people to do the repairs. I texted the inspector several times for follow up details and help weeding out the bs of some of the tradespeople trying to sell me stuff. He was responsive and helpful, even though he didn't need to be. Turnaround time was also good. I hired them and they were out for the inspection within a couple of days. The report came same day. I'd recommend Patterson for your home inspection.
