Ended up damaging my brand new door, door frame and the lock was installed crooked. He knew he fucked up and tried to act like it was all minor. When he pointed out the damaged door, he said my door was brand new material that he's never seen before. All crap! Not true. With that being said, he offered a small discount and told me to go to Home Depot for the wood glue and it was an easy fix. When he rekeys my door lock, that also didn't work. To wrap things up and make it worse, he didn't even have anything to clean up the wood shavings. Left my brand new house filthy with debris inside and outside. Total garbage service.
