Having to leave town the next morning, we had to get someone out right away. Vince came out quickly, understood the problem and the situation. He got a very nice crew out right away. Three young, very nice and hard working men. They ripped out the laminate floor, put in six strong fans and a dehumidifier. Left it for a few days and coordinated with a neighbor to open for them again, since we were still out of town. They all did the best job possible, communicated well, and were amazing all around. We would recommend Five Star to anyone on need of their services. Vince runs his business with integrity and with the client's best interest in mind. We will always be grateful for a job well done!

Being that I can't really talk on the phone with small children running around, it was nice how patient and transparent they were with their answers. They worked very well with my insurance and carefully detailed in the paperwork how everything was going to look. Being able to leave my key with them to get all the work completed and not have to worry about a thing was great, too. Trustworthiness is an asset that they posses.
