Colton did a fantastic job! He arrived on time, gave us a fair estimate and asked us if we wanted him to do the work THAT DAY. Exactly what we were looking for! He plumbed in a new washer drain in about three hours and fixed several other issues he found along the way. At the end, he charged us exactly to the estimate. I could not be happier with the service and the end product. Thanks Colton! I just found my preferred plumbing company and my preferred plumber. read more

Great service. Courteous, professional, and you get the feeling you're in good hands. Trevor, Leo and Rodney are pretty much the best in town read more

WE HAVE NEVER USED A1 Plumbing before. We wanted top Quality Service, no Excuses. I called their number, Aianna picked up immediately and was extremely pleasant. I made an Appointment. I was dreading that they would send some kid who did not know the difference between a Phillips and Straight edge Screwdriver. Trevor Called us, Was EXACTLY on time. He appeared to be 6' 2" tall, G.Q.- CoverModel looking young man. We wanted a couple little non-emergency things done. He patiently Explained, EXPERTLY on our 60 year old house, things that might be done. He was like the Terminator, No talking on his phone, just Methodically Working Dilligently. We had two toilets switched, (long story) . Each one appeared to be about 600 lbs. He picked them up, by HAND, (AMAZING.!!), AND hand-moved them with ease. Should have taken a phone picture of that.! A few little items and he talked us into $1200.00 in Upgrades that we gladly Paid. As a Professional House painter retired, we tested new painted by not their painting skills, but Caulking Artistic Skills. Caulking is a Complex Skill only few have Ever Mastered, Myself included. His Caulking around our Toilets was Brilliant.! I was Amazed at the Skill of someone so young.! Trevor is THE= 1 In 100 Employees you want in your Company, A Real "Keeper". I would have easily Paid $200 dollars an hour for this guys Expertise and Professional Demeanor. Wherever Trevor got his P.H.D. in Professional Plumbing, A-1 is Lucky to have him. I am a Fastidious Perfectionist and dreaded opening the door to a "I always wanted to work on a Transmission, Boss" type of worker. Trevor renewed my Faith in Young People's Work Ethic. Any more work we need on our Home or Properties, I will Call A-1 and say it has to be TREVOR or NO ONE. !!! Give this Young man a RAISE.. 5 Stars , We RATE him and A-1 Plumbing. Randy Hoffmann. (Dont forget to check your Dash, Young man.!!!). Thanks again A-1 Plumbing, YOU GOT A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE...!!! read more

We had our water stop completely on Sunday evening of Labor Day Weekend. Mario was dispatched to our place 45 minutes away and stayed for a couple hours trying to troubleshoot the problem. Gave us next steps in who to call etc and was extremely helpful with a great attitude. We're very grateful! read more

I would have given him a 10++++ if it was an option. We have used their services before and next time we need a plumber will call again. They were very prompt in responding which was very important. Stephen was very professional and polite very nice. He explained what he was going to do and how much it would cost. Thank you for your great service! read more

Once again I had to call my go to plumbing company. They have such a professional team of guys that really take care of the customer. The ladies there also are very helpful when you call in with your plumbing problems or needs. They all go above& beyond to solve your plumbing issues. Fast & efficient I highly recommend this company. Shout out to Them all !! Thank you. read more

Trever was very informative as I try to DIY small projects, but it turned out I installed my sink incorrectly. He fixed my mistake and showed me how it was supposed to be installed so I learned how to do it right next time. The price was fair too, so overall I would recommend them... They also came out within 24 hours of me calling them so I appreciated their expediency. read more

Philip and Mike came and fixed my water break and the point where it connects to the water line. Philip came first on a Saturday when we had a baby shower going on and identified the problem and stopped the massive leak underground that I had without shutting off the main line. He came back three days later along with Mike and dug down 3 feet to fix the problem. They did an excellent job on the repair and putting my lawn back in place. These guys were professional in their approach to the job and very personable as well as the person I spoke to on the phone to confirm the appointment whose name was Kyle. Highly recommend using A-1 Plumbing! read more

I had a pipe burst behind my toilet and water was rushing out all over my bathroom floor and out into the hallway carpet in less than 60 seconds! I turned off the water from outside the house and called A1 plumming they did an excellent job, there was great communication and very punctual. Seamless. I will be using them for all my plumming needs. 5 star! read more

Had a water leak between the meter and house, A-1 was our first call. The response had us on our heels, regarding the resolution and cost. We decided best to get another opinion. The result a 1,000.00 cheaper and a better plan for resolution. The end result was timely and quality work. My suggestion, it is always a good idea to get a second opinion. read more

Parked on my lawn and left a huge divot despite their being plenty of parking next to the lawn. I spoke with the manager about a refund of the service fee and got blown off initially. It was not until I told them that I was going to show up at their office that I got some results. I do not recommend read more

Leo Martinez is smart and prompt. I strongly recommend his services. He diagnosed the problem and solved it in a very short time. A-1 is definitely my "choice" in all things plumbing. Starting with Stepanie who answered the phone and dispatched, to Leo fixing the problem. A great team. read more

The price was a bit steep but for emergency service for a restaurant restroom, and the type of service we needed, a1 plumbing did outstanding. They went above and beyond by showing up quickly and even cleaning up their mess before leaving, NO one ever does that! They even did a follow-up call a few days later to check on things as which i really appreciated! read more

Does the required annual back flow testing on our sprinkler system. Handles filing all paperwork with city for reasonable price. Just replaced garbage disposal and faucet - one I bought and one I purchased from them. I appreciate the flexibility, reasonable prices, and prompt/professional service. read more

I've worked with A-1 Plumbing on many occasions for remodel and regular maintenance and I love these guys. They arrive in the timeframe they say they will and always call ahead to let you know when they are about 5-20 minutes out. I haven't encountered any A-1 staff that's been unpleasant to work with and that I don't enjoy having a conversation with. This evening Mario and Philip were here and continued the expected great service. They were fast and efficient for a problem that had me thinking it could require a lot more work. I'm thankful it didn't and appreciate their honesty and reasonable rates. They've become a company I won't change from. read more

These guys were fantastic! I had to call around for a last minute clog in our mainline that was time sensitive and quite embarrassing (as we had guests staying with us.) The operator was quick to assess the readiness of the fleet and assured me they would do what they could on such short notice. Their 3 hour quote was better than everyone else in town and their customer service agent was kind and understanding. Most important (listen close, Walla Walla) they were PROMPT and on-time and didn't show up hours (or even a day) after they quoted me. This is much different from most of the service and contractors in town who tend to just get to you when they feel like it ("Walla Walla Time') As I type this review, I'm currently waiting for their main competitor, Roto-Rooter, to assess a separate issue (not my choice- my landlord's) and they are already 2 hours late and counting. This is standard from my experience in town. The A-1 tech was super helpful, knowledgeable, clear about the issue and walked me through everything he was doing. It was informative and allowed for a thorough assessment for us for a long-term solution. I appreciate this level of service in this community. They will always get my recommendation! read more

Chris was prompt, thorough, and did an above-and-beyond job. He also explained and left information on the A-1 Club, which should help to save us money on maintenance and upcoming projects read more

We had gone for two weeks with a horrid smell in our back room and bathroom but couldn't figure out what it was. We thought it was a sewer leak, but It eventually went away, we thought. However, we still had the plumber, Jason, come to see how we could prevent it from happening again. He walked into the room, and even though we could no longer smell it and had had the windows open for hours, Jason pinpointed the cause, two dead mice in the wall, within minutes. He got them out and we were really really impressed and grateful for his awesome nose and his persistence in solving the problem. Thank you A-!!! read more

We had an outdoor pipe burst on a Saturday in the middle of a snow storm that caused us to shit off the water. I texted a bunch of people for plumber recommendations and A-1 got multiple stellar recommendations. They were the only place I called with an after hours line and it took me straight to a person. $89 to come out after hours and $39 to come out during hours, all further cost is the same! They scheduled to come out 9-11 that night and shortly thereafter even got a call from the plumber that he could come right away! They came, they fixed, we had water all within 2 hours of us calling and for a reasonable price! I will absolutely use them for future needs! read more

A-1 was fast and quick just when I needed them on a Sunday night. Plugged toilet fixed within an hour or so of us calling. Excellent service! read more

I really enjoyed working with A1 Plumbing. Their technicians are friendly, honest and they are willing to work with you. Getting a hold of a plumber in town is a pain, no one answers the phone, everyone wants you to pay for them to just do an estimate, but A1 offers the best service all around. Their pricing may not be the cheapest and their bid is a set price, but in the end they are worth it. Join their A1 club and you'll be set. read more

Two technicians just installed a new dishwasher for me. They were polite, knowledgeable, and tidy. They arrived within the two hour stated time, and were done in an hour. I will use them again. Since I usually do repairs myself, I thought the cost was high. After checking on the web I found out their fee was very reasonable. read more

I'm 67 years old, and at my age it's difficult to shock me, but boy, did it ever happen! I had a slow draining sink, and after several days of liquid drain cleaners, and fighting with a messy "snake" cleaner; and getting very frustrated, the folks at A-1 plumbing were called. As soon as they arrived, I could tell this was not the average plumbers house call. They were very clean cut young men that even put on shoe covers before entering my home, even though I told them it wasn't necessary. They went right to work, and after a very short while, were able to correct the problem that I had been struggling with for so long. All the while they kept me informed as to what they were doing, and, didn't once try to sell me new parts, or extra repairs! Whoa!! These two young guys were a delight to have in my home. Neat, clean, fast, friendly, and best of all inexpensive. They were so nice that I was actually sad when they finished and were ready to leave. Having had less than satisfactory service in the past, I can only say you can do no better than to leave your plumbing problems in their capable hands. You won't be disappointed.
