He has been timely in his responses and conscientious in working out how to address our needs. He met for a pre-evaluation and quote prior to starting with the initial clean which was appreciated. I was so excited the day they did the initial clean - telling all my work colleagues "I'm going home to a clean house" -and truthfully I could not wait to get home and just 'be'. Sigh- such a wonderful feeling and such a fabulous gift from my husband. We had a very challenging situation for her and after we spoke on the telephone, I knew she was the right one for the job. Our son in Longmont had need of a thorough house cleaning before bringing his wife home from the hospital. Hope and a helper spent the entire day getting the house in order and beautifully cleaned. These people are wonderful. My family had a large gathering planned in their 1908 home on Sunday. I arrived on Thursday afternoon. Everything had been taken care of except the cleaning. Well, I panicked and turned to Yelp and Angie for help. I called and spoke with the owner and he said, "No problem".
