I found that most companies were comparable in what they offered so, it came down to communication and responsiveness for me. The owner, Darryn, was our contact person throughout the whole project and walked us through each stage personally. On the day our old shingles were being removed, he went and talked to all our neighbors assuring them that any debris that fell into their area would be taken care of. I thought this was a great personal touch. The job was completed in a professional manner and in the time that it was promised. I am most pleased with the quality and service that was received from Duration Roofing. Tip: make sure the roofing company is willing to remove all the felt and inspect the roof at the base level. This also made Duration stand out as several companies proposed to just lay new felt over the old.

From the start, the owner Darryn was incredibly helpful, professional, and transparent--offering a very competitive price without sacrificing quality. What really impressed me was his integrity: when he discovered some damaged panels that weren't part of the original estimate, he replaced them without hesitation and without extra charges. I was also very impressed that his crew completed the entire roofing job--on a 3,000 square foot home--in just a day and a half! Efficient, respectful, and skilled from start to finish. Darryn runs his business with care and craftsmanship, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again. Highly recommend Duration Roofing to anyone looking for reliable, top-tier service.

I had a complete tear off and replace thanks to hail damage. The guys who showed up to replace the roof did not speak any English, so it was a little difficult for us to exchange ideas and things I wanted done while they were here, without calling the home office. They left a mess every day without cleaning it up. I had to clean all the debris out of my pool every day to keep my skimmer / filter clean. Once the roof was done, then the hassle started with my insurance company and the back and forth trying to file for additional labor / contractor / oversight / GC / fee's / etc... It has been a mess now for 5 months and I've still not closed this out yet. Lesson learned here. I should have stuck with my local guys. Not someone looking to make a buck off the insurance folks.

Steven is such a professional, as well as kind, accommodating, easy to work and communicate with. He explained everything thoroughly! Dried the walls as long as was needed to make sure all wetness is gone. He was available to communicate as much as we needed. We can't thank him enough. Steven was also very flexible with his schedule, to come over and check that everything was working well and drying up as expected. Last, but not least, the price was extremely fair (he did not charge more even though we needed all the equipment for extra 2 days). I appreciate his honesty and being very upfront about everything we were expecting to go through, procedure and payment wise.
