When the crew showed up to do the work, they were incredibly polite and professional, the windows and screens look exceptional, and they even put everything back outside where they found it! Another really cool thing that I appreciate so much is that for every dollar they earn Central Texas Window Cleaning gives a percentage to the company onetreeplanted.org who is a big player in environmental conservation and restoration across the globe. All in all they did a fantastic job on our home, and I would recommend them again and again.

Reading a previous review, looks like being a NO SHOW is a habit, even for ppl he had previously worked for. I am very glad I was able to contact someone else to do a same-day pick up else I would have been in a very bad position as I needed to vacate the house. The quality of work was good and I felt like we paid a more than fair price, but when we asked Lavern to come back he scheduled time and missed appointments again and again and now just doesn't reply, so I guess I have to move on to another service that will show up and return calls. 3 stars because if you get them they'll do good work, but not returning messages and no shows are almost as bad as not doing the work at all. We've had our fun with contractors and various people but we are very happy with the work Lavern and Antonio completed yesterday. I had a laundry list that I was given a fair quote for, and as things go, by the time they got here the how and what had changed a little bit but Lavern and Antonio knocked it all out. Here's what you get with these guys: Communicate effectively Show up on time Do awesome, professional work Fast but not sloppy They can match paint and get your materials Wide skill set Deliver the best outcome - not always the easiest Clean up workspace Work hard, all day and get the job done in one day Flexible and respectful to happenings like work from home, babies, etc. Payment options online, quick and easy. Friendly service, honestly, you feel like they really care about the outcome. Use these guys - they've been the best we've seen in contractors/handymen in a long, long, looooong time. We will use them again!

I had high hopes for this company…read more.. A 3 person team showed up to do an initial deep clean of our 2 bedroom 2 bath single story house. We have no pets and minimal stuff/furniture. We always pick up so the cleaners can focus on deep cleaning and not shuffling paper and the such. After about 2.5 hours the main person came to knock on my office door to let me know they were almost done. A few minutes later I noticed they were all walking back to their car. I ran out after them asking if we could do a walk-through. The main person replied "Most peoples just trust us but a second pair of eyes never hurts." We checked the guest bathroom and there was a large, black scuff mark that was about 4 inches thick and 6 inches wide. I asked if they had cleaned the tub and the main person said that her helper had told her she cleaned it and that this mark must be permanent. I reached under my sink, took out a blue non-stick sponge, wet it with water, got into the tub with my bare feet and easily removed the black mark. ??? Did that helper even try?? I called the office and was told: "We don't like to make excuses but the main person as a trainer as this was a new team and they were being trained." I went ahead and paid over the phone feeling confused and disappointment. Being trained? So apparently the main person is supposed to be a mentor and training the new team... and yet she did not double check their work and just "trusts" the new team will do a good job or knows how to do a good job. Well, they didn't. They left a dirty tub. After I got off the phone with the office and the team had left I walked around the house with a more critical eye and found they also didn't dust the top of the fans, which I specifically asked them to do. They left cobwebs all over the living room mirror. And they didn't scrub the stove top (see image attached). And all this cost me $227.33!!! They say they guarantee their work... the office certainly didn't try to offer a re-do. I am incredibly disappointment and can not recommend this company.

We had a series of plumbing issues and attempted to get them repaired through our home warranty and I swear the guy they sent out looked like he had been awake for a week and explained he could do the warranty work but I'd need to also pay him for all sorts of out of warranty work. Not wanting to be taken advantage of I promptly sent him away. My wife and I asked around with some of our co-workers and Confidence Plumbing came up. Eddie came out and I honestly must say that I have never had a better experience with any sort of contractor or repairman. Eddie walked me through the work he was doing, explained what was going on and helped me understand everything.
