He suggested a new gas train assembly and said the our fireplace was set-up for a blower to improve heat flow but did not have it. After he installed the above, our family room was heated so much better than in past winters with the addition of the blower. The outs fireplace also did not light correctly & he was able to figure out the problem, fix it and advised us that we did not need a new replacement. The cold season had them booked but they sent him within a week. Regina was also helpful with our need for flexible scheduling. The initial pictures (the completely black, sooty one and the one with the old, rusted grate) show how overdue it was for a proper cleaning.
