The day of my initial appointment, I received a voicemail from Kim saying that they couldn't see me at all because my insurance is a federally funded program and that all of my appointments had to be cancelled. I'm disabled with MS and a myriad of other issues, so wasting my time and energy isn't appreciated nor is it professional. Definitely don't recommend this office for any reason.

It's open and bright and cheerful. There's even an adorable office dog! In addition to the expected electrical stimulation, ice, heat and massage, they also provide cutting edge technology including cold laser, ultrasound & ultrasound enhanced cortisone. The staff is skilled, caring and friendly. They are dedicated professionals that know their work. The patient base is very diverse. I may have an athlete to my left, and a senior citizen to my right, while I gaze at a child , across the room, being treated for a soccer injury. There's always a couple of interesting conversations going and to top it all off: the magazine selection is pretty darn good.

He told me that if I ever get neuropathy, then I can go back to him, problem is, I never said that I had neuropathy. There is nothing on his website that he specializes in neuropathic pain. This is the line directly from his website "Dr. Lami specializes in both surgical and non-surgical spinal care of both pediatric and adult patients". I had struggled for about a year and a half with an injured Achilles tendon accompanied by hip pain and other issues that resulted from the Achilles issue as well as inactivity from WFH for 18 mos. I had gone to so many practitioners trying to find relief. I received shockwave therapy, a cortisone shot, two MRIs, and an EMG to detect nerve damage - I spent so much time and money all to no avail, and then I met Denise. I was attracted to her practice because she promotes a holistic and a "Whole Body Approach" in her treatment methodology. From the first visit, I knew this would be a different experience than what I had been experiencing. Denise listened to my concerns and let me know what she thought was going on. She even brought out a poster of the entire musculoskeletal system and showed me which muscles were being affected and what needed to be done to correct and activate them. After just a few weeks, I noticed marked improvements and my movement was much improved. After two months, I was virtually pain-free and most importantly Denise gave me the tools to help myself. The exercises and education she provides really address the individual needs of her patients.
