I took my complaint to patient relations and they "investigated" the situation and I was sent back a gaslighting letter telling me that everyone knew he was on a pain patch and I should've communicated my concerns to the charge nurse first. just ridiculous. Today I called to schedule a follow up and they informed me that they had terminated me from the practice. I inquired as to why this occured in disbelief. They informed me that it was because I had a balance from my last visit (which was 2-3 months ago) for $50. I never even received a phone call from them. WOW! The staff were communicative and friendly, letting me know when he was ready and sharing updates along the way when he took extra time to come out of the twilight sleep. The office is a bit hard to find, tucked back in an office park where all of the buildings look the same and we found the patient pick up parking a lot easier than the drop off parking! The area for pick up can be a bit tight, so be mindful that you aren't blocking anyone's parking spot while you're waiting for your patient. The waiting room area seemed a bit tired and ready for a refresh, but otherwise it was a positive experience for me--which is probably easier to say since they weren't sticking anything inside me!
