She was very friendly, and kept a good conversation going the entire time so it didn't feel awkward or uncomfortable. The conversation just flowed and it made for an enjoyable experience. She also recommended a book I've now added to my "to be read" list! Lol! I was a bit indecisive of the size of earring I wanted to go with, so she offered her opinion and I ran with it! Ended up being a great choice! I love the style and size. She walked me through the after care process, as well as provided a walkthrough of the actual piercing process which was nice so I knew what to expect. The piercings were painless so you know she's good at what she does! After it was all done, I was given a card with my piercing size on it which is SO helpful so that I know what size earrings to order later once I'm all healed up. My daughter was looking at my tattoo while waiting to use the restroom be it she just got a matching tattoo done with her father as a going away present. As we were talking with the artist the owner so rudely and loudly raised his voice to us to where the entire shop got quiet and stated we were too loud and pretty much to shut up while his apprentice was going to read some paper. Maybe conduct your staff meeting on your own time. Who said we wanted to hear it anyway. I am truly happy my husband kept his cool. Even other people in the waiting room told my husband how very rude that was. We are sad to not be able to come back to this shop but I will be damned if I ever let anyone treat us this way especially when tattoo shops are supposed to be for fun and good times. What is even sadder is when my daughter wrote a review instead of apologizing for his rude behavior he pushed it off in us.
