Granted you do receive the refund back but they just don't reply to emails even if you have a question about sizing. They need to be stronger in this area especially during this time and all the time actually. Don't send them direct messages on IG either bc it will go unnoticed and unanswered. The best is to call (which I have) if you have any questions. However there are times when calling is not option but sending an email is. I think for the most part they produce high quality goods that will last you a long time and warrant paying a bit more. I got a cute peek-a-boo black sleeveless sweater with some white stitching on the edges and have gotten many competent already. Parking anywhere near and around this location is also utter chaos on weekends so give yourself plenty of time if you're on a schedule and I would recommend parking in the lots on the back side of Electric Ave (just behind Abbott Kinney) OR drive into the neighborhoods a few blocks and see if you get lucky there too.

I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and say they just were two retail sales employees who hated their jobs, and there was no ill intent...except for the fact that then two other customers walked in about a minute after us, looking like they stepped off a runway.
