As a business traveler, eating healthy on the road can be challenging. A burrito here isn't the healthiest thing, but by comparison to the Pizza Ranch directly behind this place, it's like gobbling Dexatrim. If you have never been to any of these types of places, it follows the "point and shuffle" format where you move along a cafeteria style ingredient bar and point at everything you want in your burrito or other dish. Service is quite fast, as the server needs only to slop a spoonful of each ingredient on your tortilla or into a dish. I saved the best for last: the amenities! This place has electrical outlets! Glorious 120 volt AC electricity! As a professional on the road for work, this is a luxury that I rarely get to enjoy when dining and working. My laptop has one of the most power hungry GPUs known to mankind: the ravenous RTX 5000, which eats battery life like Pac-Man eats dots. When it's time to get some work done after eating, having electrical power right at my table makes my life less stressful. The batter was so hard I couldn't even eat one piece, so I broke the other piece in half and scooped some fish out. The baked potato was ok but felt old and hard on the bottom.
