I came for a shopping day and ran into this pretty area with beautiful views and Amtrak sounds. My sister and I decided to try this spot for some kind of new food and drink options. What a mistake , we walked in and didn't even get a welcome of any sort . They were kinda busy but not so busy you can't greet incoming customers. We stood at the front waiting for some kind of interaction for a min of 10 min, I decided to walk around and noticed no tables were available anyway but to not even get a genuine smile from anyone and some sort of communication is just ridiculous. Once I left this rude establishment and went across the street to Marquart's who welcomed us whole heartedly ,I came to this establishment reviews and wished I would have read them before even walking in. Management needs to do better , mixed reviews are ok to some but the perception of this establishment is questionable in my opinion. I won't be back for sure.

Baja tacos- tasty but fried corn tortilla kept from eating it like a legit taco

Maybe a little under 4 stars. They were busy and one server in the side room. She was great. Beers came out quick and were ice cold. Food was good, definitely not great. We got both types of cheese curds which were pretty good. Meals: Southwest chicken wrap- was ok but not much chicken. Much more lettuce to chicken ratio Baja fish tacos- the corn tortillas were fried so they couldn't be eaten as tacos. Otherwise pretty tasty. Cowboy burger (substituted for turkey burger)- very good! BLT wrap- pretty good. Shoestring fries were good. We'd come back for beers and apps.

We have been in a few times. Casual atmosphere, great food, great drink selection. On our most recent trip, we watched part of the Battlehawks game while enjoying great burgers. TV screens are all around when you want to catch a game. The burger selections are fun, and I had the nacho burger on my most recent visit. I'd recommend! Service is always spot on.

A very nice spot for lunch. We went because they have a dog friendly patio. A partial view or the river was a bonus. Service was very quick and I enjoyed the local Pinkley Bend gin and tonic that they have on tap. My wife and I started with. An order of pretzels, and I had the mushroom Swiss burger and she had the crispy chicken bites. The burger is a double patty so bring your appetite. The chicken had a bit too much sauce for my wife's liking, but they had good flavor. We shared an order of onion rings as well. If you are looking for a view of the river that is pet friendly, in Washington this is your place.

We went on a busy Saturday in Washington, but our waiter, Joey, was fabulous. All burgers come with 2 patties unless you specify. Their onion rings are really good. They have TVs all along the walls to watch your favorite team. Will go back again to try their wings.

Finally, a beer selection worthy of 5 stars. With around 30, forgive me I lost count as I was sampling, beers on tap you have a wide variety to chose from. As we all know, there are times you want to try a new brew but don't want to fork out the dough for a pint only to find out after the first sip that although labeled as an IPA it was not your style. What to do, what to do.....well ask the bartender for a sample, or a bunch of them! My hats off to Logan who was tending the bar that evening. He was pleasant, moved us from the samples we were choosing to the next in order to help refine what we were in the mood for, and made one hell of a white gummy bear!! Add to all of this you have the ambiance of the beautiful river line of Washington as your backdrop, this was an amazing bar that I hear serves pretty dang good food too.

Service was so slow, we paid for our drinks and left. People at other tables were experiencing the same thing.

Food was good but a little over seasoned, wait staff is fantastic. However, the bathroom are oddly dim with tacky floors.

My new regular spot. Several TVs, great atmosphere, several beers on tap, but most importantly....the best wings around!

okay, here's the thing: after enjoying a variety of draft ciders recently Angry Orchard doesn't…read morequite cut it and boulevard wheat isn't what I was hoping for... bar has a nice view of the river if you're looking that way, otherwise it's a bar... a bar with lots of TVs (at least eight) assaulting my senses with the sad drama and simulated pagentry of the NFL draft. otherwise lots of natural light from a few well placed windows and some electric lights dangling from the high ceiling. regular crowd of regulars coming and going, drinking and driving, and all like that until I walk in and take somebody's seat for a disappointing cider as prelude to a patty melt and rings for a substantial upcharge (BK is same/same) burger is kinda mashy and juicy despite it's generally well doneness as all melty pats are :-) breads are tasty and toasty and represent the breed well although I prefer something a crustier and more substantial. the biggest area for improvement would be ring pricing; a little more for a little less would go a long way with me but I understand that onions don't grow on trees... final thoughts: the low production values of the NFL draft would make me stop watching football if I liked it, which I don't because of this type of f*chery.

We arrived right at noon on a Saturday and it was a crisp and cool October day, so we wanted to sit…read moreoutside. Sadly, the hostess said there were no more tables and we sat inside. I immediately had buyers remorse and wanted to leave to find another patio. Luckily my husband was able to sway the hostess to suit us outside, on account of it being my birthday. We settled up with our initial server and moved to the patio. Both of our servers were very gracious. Outside we could see the river and the train roll by. We had fried cheese balls to start- 10/10. The cheddar cheese was piquant, the breading was herbed, and the ranch dressing served alongside was not the kind from the grocery store! My better half and myself split the large order of chicken wings with sauce on the side. The garlic Parmesan sauce reminded me of the stuff Papa John's gives you, with more viscosity. It was not my favorite. The sweet and spicy sauce was my husband's favorite, and I thought it was okay. The wings were fried crispy and still juicy in the middle. We also shared the Italian salad which was awesome: artichokes, red onions, provel, Parmesan, salami, and a red wine vinegar dressing. We devoured both. My daughter had the toasted ravioli and they were some of the best I've had in a while. Really great experience and I'll be back for sure!
