Located inside Walmart store. Bought a groupon for eyebrow threading + lash extension. The threading was very good. Nice shape, although a couple hairs missed. However, the lash service was totally unexpected - not in a good way. My 1st time ever, thought this is an individual lash extension place. Nope. It is the $5 packet of cluster lashes you would buy at Sally's beauty which they will glue on top of your existing lashes. totally deceiving! I could have done that myself at home. DO NOT GO HERE!!! The eyelashes are synthetic cluster lashes that you can get at any beauty supply store and the lady who works there has NO IDEA WHAT SHE'S DOING! She used an excessive amount of glue the fake lashes are literally glued to each other and glued the lashes incorrectly. She glued them on top of my real lashes pretty much right up against my eyelid. She rushed through it probably did both eyes in about 10 minutes. It's been over 3 weeks and these lashes REFUSE TO COME OFF! I have tried everything, coconut oil, castor oil, Vaseline and have put as much heat as I can tolerate and still nothing. My eyelids are irritated and hurt and I've lost so many of my real lashes it's sad. I called and asked what I could do and all he said was use baby oil. I usually go to Anastasia brow studio in Paramus because they did my brows perfectly. Downside is the cost. I have never had my brows threaded before and decided to try it. The staff was so nice and my brows came out perfectly for a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend. read more

I am so thankful to have Zeva so close to my home. I used to travel 30 mins to get my eyebrows done as eyebrows are very delicate features on your face and a bad job can make you look completely different. I love the way they are careful with how they thread the eyebrows, I am sensitive and they honestly make the process smooth and almost painless. They are the best at what they do. PLEASE READ!! Not worth your time. I walked in to a sassy man who was on his iPhone and didn't speak English I guess and just pointed to a chair. There was no customers there, and the woman who worked thete got up and looked angry I was a customer who took her away from her phone. She rushed the job, my eyebrows didn't look good, and I had to go home and fix my eyebrows myself. Don't believe all the advertisements they have, and the good reviews are bs. It's really not worth your time to go to this place in the Walmart in riverdale. I've been there once looking for a good experience, and was strongly disappointed. DO NOT GO HERE! The worst experience I have ever had!! They glued my real eyelash into my eye as I told them it was burning me. They sent me out but I still could not see, so I went back so they could fix it. Two minutes later, the guy at the front desk informed me that she left for the day and no one can help me. Beware!Don't No go here.I used a Groupon a week ago for eyelash extensions.I ended up having to remove them by another salon. They said they should be reported to health dept! Ended up losing most of my eye lashes. My lashes became irritated because of the way she put it on. Not because I was allergic. I wasn't. She stuck a clump of fake looking lashes to a bunch of mine. Once they started growing a few days later it hurt.Not to mention one lash kept flopping over bc of the way she put on. I had to pick it up and fix it everytime I looked in the mirror. She ruined my lashes. They are shorter and are still falling out. Do not go if you want to keep your lashes. Plus they are over priced and just ok for eyebrow threading. read more

My experience has been nothing but wonderful at this location. I have been coming to this location for about 2 years now from my previous location. I only go to this location now. I love the people there. I get my eyebrows done and she even does the brow fill in powder for me if I remember to bring mine. This person is the best in my opinion she knows how to shape your eyebrows for your face perfectly, so I ONLY go to her. If she is not there I am very disappointed. Hetal is her name and she is the BEST!!!. Love her, Love my eyebrows and Love the location (on my way home) very convenient for me. so if you were maybe a little disappointed for your first visit, try again, ask for my girl (and tell her I sent you...LOL) and you will most likely leave satisfied. read more

ive had threading done at a few different salons, but for whatever reason, it was so painful here. they were not gentle. and the price is not great. they have a special discount for brow+lip for $13, which is more than the normal price for both of those services at most other salons i've been to. as far as the brows themselves, they looked okay. nothing special read more
