If you order a fountain drink, you help yourself to the fountain machine by the condiment area. They give you a wooden number marker and once the food is ready, they bring the food to your table. It's rice that has been stir fried in the wok with just soy sauce. No vegetables or egg. Then it's topped with the protein of your choice. The only issue I had was that the picture on their menu board of the bowl is chicken served on top of rice, but with broccoli. My kids love broccoli, so I ordered that thinking it's the perfect meal because it has the rice, protein and portion of veggies. the shrimp one came with 3 very tiny sections of broccoli, but the chicken just came with rice, no broccoli. I asked one of the guys and he said that the shrimp bowl is the only one that comes with broccoli, so clearly the picture on the menu board is not what it looks like. Maybe it was a stock image they used to make the board? The rice is a bit on the heavy side too. Way too much rice and I told my kids to just make sure they eat the protein. SHS is one of the more decent places to get asian food in Richmond Hill. They don't have a huge menu, but it offers exactly what their name says.
