My husband and I were so excited about celebrating our 20-year anniversary here since we met at Club Broadway 24 years ago. We made reservations as soon as we knew it was open. I emailed and also used the message button to tell them this. I mentioned I would pay for some flowers for the table or a special dessert. But I didn't hear back. I was okay; I figured they were just busy and couldn't get back to me. The atmosphere and ambience are absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. They did a fantastic job. We got seated and would expect someone to come to our table to at least acknowledge us soon after being seated. We waited for almost 8 minutes to have someone come over to us. Not a huge deal, but not what I would have expected. Then the server came over, and maybe he was having a bad day, but he was not very friendly, kind of short. I asked about a specific drink I had heard of from someone who had gone there prior. He said, "It's right there on the menu. I am the one who created it." I was kind of taken back by this and said, "Oh, sorry, I didn't see it," so I ordered that, and my husband ordered his drink. We also ordered the deviled eggs. Which were fantastic. They were so delicious. We ordered our meal. I got the meatballs and pasta, and my husband got a prime rib with mashed potatoes and asparagus. My meatball meal was good, but the amount of pasta for the meatballs was a little disappointing. But the flavor was great. My husband's steak was not good at all! It had no flavor, nor did the tiny amount of mashed potatoes (like maybe three bites). We ordered a dessert. Profiteroles were okay; we took a couple bites. When the server came back, we explained to him that this was our 20-year anniversary and that we met here at Club Broadway. He said, "I was too young to remember it." At this point, we were over it and very disappointed about our experience. We got the check and still tipped very well. But then... we were on our way home and got a text that the bill before tip was voided. I was wondering why they did that. I had a hunch that maybe my sister paid for the bill, so I called her and asked, and she said yes. But come to find out. They weren't even supposed to have given us a bill at all, and she wanted to also tip. They charged her card and kept our tip. Maybe our experience was just a fluke. I don't even know what rating to give but it's not going to be great, based on their prices and inconsistency. Today is my birthday and we just left my birthday dinner bummed out. This was our third time here. The first, almost a year ago was fine. There were 4 of us, I got the burger because I am a burger fiend, my man, the ribeye and I don't remember what our friends got but we were all good with everything. Nobody was raving, but there were no complaints. We came back just the 2 of us a month or 2 ago. Again, he got the ribeye, he loved it, I got the burger and it was overcooked and dry and the fries were cold, like it had been sitting in the window waiting for his steak. I took 1 bite and the server boxed it up for me. We are very uncomfortable sending things back and shouldn't have to, but it should have been obvious that I didn't like it without me having to say something. But we decided to give it another chance. Tonight we arrived to an empty restaurant, kinda awkward, started with a rubbery prawn cocktail, got a mediocre wedge salad that was all the inner white lettuce that wasn't even green, and then there were the entrees. He got the ribeye which was gristly and very under seasoned, as were the bland undercooked potatoes that came with it, they were terrible and I love potatoes in any way shape or form. But his biggest frustration was the dull "steak" knife he was given that could barely saw through the $90 steak. I got the crab burger which was basically a bread sandwich the crab was almost non existent and could have been much fresher. So, boo. Way too expensive for so many fails and we don't want to waste another special night on somewhere that doesn't seem to care about the quality they provide. read more

A truly enjoyable experience! The ambiance is reminiscent of a speakeasy as someone already suggested, and is perfect for a romantic date, since the lights are kept low and there are a few private corners. Booths are very comfortable, but there are less private tables too. Extensive wine and drink menu, and mocktails for those of us who can't drink. We had the Kalamata bread with three butters, the Wagyu steak, lamb loin and lobster tail with ravioli. Everything was excellent! Well prepared and beautifully presented. I was under the impression that the lobster ravioli was just that, made with lobster tail- I think the menu needs to be clarified and called Lobster Tail with Ravioli since it is ravioli served with a lobster tail! I'm definitely not complaining! I adore lobster tail and was thrilled! Finally I get a lobster tail that is not overcooked or rubbery, but lovely! I was purring as I ate it! Excellent attentive service, but not in your face. We went on a Monday and it was quiet, not sure how the weekends shape up. Desserts are small but rich, especially the chocolate torte (seems more like mousse but what do I know). All delicious. I stopped in here on a whim with no reservations at 4:15ish on a Saturday afternoon. My dinner date and I were able to get seated right away and we were given one of the big premier booths. Everyone inside was very friendly and accommodating, we ordered the grilled Caesar salad and it was absolutely delicious. We also had the deviled eggs and they were quite good. The French onion soup was outstanding and the Kalamata olive bread was pretty good. I was very impressed with the venue and we will definitely will be back, I'd like to try the beef Wellington and also the salmon. For dessert we had the sticky toffee pudding and it was excellent. Went here yesterday with my wife. Everything is good except the entrees. I got the beef wellington and my wife got the chicken, they are both super salty. The shareables and dessert were super good and cocktails too! Ambience and service were awesome too. Had my birthday dinner here over the weekend. We follow Chef Joel as one of our local favorite chefs. I was beyond impressed with everything from the menu, style and service from his team. If you are looking for an elevated dining experience, this is a must to add to your foodie list. The combinations of flavors in his dishes are not to be found anywhere else in Everett. I have -pretty bad social anxiety when starting in 5th grade until the summer between my sophomore and junior year in high school, I had a weight problem and adolescent gynecomastia (aka b***h t*ts). To say I was brutalized (both verbally and physically) on daily basis was an understatement kid were vicious and everyone had a good laugh at my expense at least daily if not multiple times. The result all of all that torture ended up being among other things that in social situations I think people are always talking about me and making fun of me. I know it's not true, but I cannot stop the thoughts. It has gotten better over the years. Even though I am no longer overweight, one of the places it flares up most is when I am eating. Due to that fact, I enjoy eating at home with my girlfriend much more than I do going out to a restaurant. I'll still go out if my girlfriend wants to, but I will be able to enjoy the food much more and have a better time at home. I also happen to be a bit of a foodie, so I am always on the lookout for fine dining establishments that offer carry out. When my girlfriend saw this place and told me about it, I was super excited. Even more so when I saw on Bing they offered carry out and when I went to yelp it too stated they did carry out. Went to their webpage and didn't see a note anywhere indicating carry out was not available so after I verified with two different sources and didn't see any statement against it on their website, I figured it would be good to go. I do IF and also try to stick to a variation of the anabolic diet, which more or less once you get past the first 14-day induction phase is keto all week and then one day a week I get to eat as many carbs as I want, I am also pretty active and I am on TRT, which affords me a bit more leeway than the normal person. The first time she calls she gets no answer. Second time she calls they answer and tell her they DO NOT do carry out. I was like What the What...that right there is some garbage. It's fine if you want to be ultra pretentious and act like your food is so special it has to be enjoyed in the restaurant which is just a BS Excuse for trying to get people in the door, so they spend money on booze, and you can try to sell them on appetizers. If you are going to be one of those places that's fine personally, I think it's ridiculous and slightly discriminatory against those of us who have social anxiety and it makes me want to try your restaurant less now than I did an hour ago. Really nice ambiance and lighting, right in downtown Everett. Katie our waitress was great. Loved the grilled ceasar salad, and the rib eye was awesome. Good house wine. Was not crazy about either the ahi tuna or seared salmon appetizer. Both were fine, but not exciting or very tasty. Overall, very good and we'll be back. The restaurant was absolutely gorgeous! My cocktail was great and our server was great but the kitchen was not. We had to wait an hour for our food to arrive. I really liked my burger and my friend liked her order of fish from the chips part, but the fries we both received were some really sad tiny shoestrings. They were nice enough to comp us one dessert for our wait, but the sticky toffee pudding was just okay. Made a reservation for two to celebrate our wedding anniversary. For a Friday night, we were surprised to find we probably didn't need the reservation. I hope that was a fluke because from other reviews it seemed like a reservation was a must-have. Maybe there wasn't much going on in town that night. The ambiance was great, dim romantic lighting for a very large space and the decor is pretty cool. There's a large stage and piano where they often have music on the weekends, but not that Friday night for some reason. You can choose between table seating or large semi-circle velvet couch/booth seating (pay attention to this if making a reservation online). There's also a bar/ lounge area-- I'm not sure if you can order from the whole menu there or not. Our server and food runner were very friendly and attentive, but we were a little put off by the server wearing a tank top with exposed rhinestone bra straps sparkling 'VICTORIA'S SECRET' in the dim lighting. I'm not a prude and have worked in many restaurants where we could wear 'any' black attire but was still very surprised that was allowed. The ahi sushi tacos were tasty but very small for the price-- the menu doesn't tell you it's $18 for 3 mini-wonton sized 'tacos.' The sea bass was delicious and very rich with a butter and cream sauce, mushrooms, and small diced potatoes. The swordfish was also good, cooked well and paired with rice pilaf, carrots, and asparagus. We had the lemon tart, which was heavenly. Everyone around us seemed to be ordering the sticky toffee pudding, so it must be good. We are looking forward to trying the steaks and other entrees next time. read more

Fine dining has arrived. From the moment we stepped into the lobby the opulent ambiance of the venue hit us. Dimly lit with twinkling mood lighting our plush velvet booth overlooked the sumptuously decorated and cozily arranged restaurant. Service was above and beyond as we wanted for nothing and were consistently checked on to ensure all our needs were met. It was my partner's birthday and they went above and beyond to make sure it was a true experience - even adding sparkler candles that I had brought in to his dessert. We ordered the steak tartare crostini to share and a cocktail each to start. We are still craving the crostini! I ordered the Beef Wellington and my partner ordered the 32 oz. Tomahawk Steak with Lobster Tail. We had no leftovers as everything was prepared to perfection and proved to be irresistible. The wine pairing suggested by the curator at the bar was smooth, buttery and flawlessly complimented the entree. Dessert was on point and ended our night perfectly. The atmosphere was beautiful, the service was great from our waitress, and the drinks were well made. We were some of the first to get seated for the night. The food left so much to be desired. Everything had a very high price tag which one would hope would come with an impressive flavor. It fell flat. I ordered a New York steak and the kitchen prepared a ribeye. They said they were fixing it and I could have both steaks so I wasn't sitting there without food while my party ate. That was appreciated. I started to eat the ribeye and was very quickly disappointed. There was no seasoning on it at all. It was just bland piece of beef. I ate about 1/3 of it and stopped. On the plate with it were two little squares of potatoes (1x1 squares) two pieces of broccoli and one carrot cut in half with a sauce that was also not very flavorful. The New York came out with the same presentation. I made the decision to try a piece of the New York and found it very unseasoned as well. I tried one a little potato squares and found that it was cold in the center. Over all, amazing atmosphere. The service was great but the food just wasn't that great. read more

What an absolute treat to experience 16Eleven last night! The host welcomed us enthusiastically which set the tone for our evening. We sat in a velvet booth that had a great vantage point where we could take in the beautiful details of the room! Our server Ally was wonderful- knowledgeable about the menu, friendly, and patient when we couldn't decide what to order:) We ended up trying the Wagyu burger, wedge salad, and ahi tuna- and we split everything. The burger was perfect- juicy and cooked to perfection. The salad was wonderful and the ahi tuna was the best I've ever had! The sauces were the perfect compliment and literally melted in my mouth! The ambience of this new restaurant is amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The taste of the food is excellent. However, my biggest issue would be the quantity. The entrée sizes are fine, but the sizes of the sides in the desserts were so small that they could literally be for it bites. For the price you pay, it should be a little larger. My husband and I went in for a date night and celebrate a pregnancy. We arrived quite a bit early to our reservation and the wait staff were accommodating and seated us within 5 minutes. Ambiance was great, loved the mood lighting and that it wasn't overcrowded with seating. Great spot for a date night or intimate setting. We ordered the calamari as an appetizer it tasted great just arrived cold. My husband ordered an old fashioned which he really enjoyed....his second drink was referred to him by a server and unfortunately flavor wasn't the best (it didn't smell pleasant either) but everyone has their own tastes....it was one of their cocktails a spicy green one that came in a tiny glass (can't remember what it was called). Our main came out in perfect timing after we finished our appetizer. I ordered the crunchy french chicken which unfortunately was over cooked...I had a heck of a time cutting through it and chewing it. The mashed potatoes were good and the "vegetable side" was a combo of squash, sweet potato and a few pieces of spinach. The sweet potatoes were undercooked and the mixture wasn't even seasoned or that warm. I took two bites and left it. I didn't quite understand a starch (mashed potatoes) with another starch side (sweet potatoes mixture)??? My husband ordered the Beef Wellington which was also referred along with the same sides as mine. Unfortunately it was cooked and had a hard time cutting through and the sides he had the same experience as I did. I will say as a positive though your servers were very attentive and kind. We didn't want to complain as the table next to us were complaining more than enough and sending food back and were being kind of much from our perspective but the server handled them with grace. I live in Everett and my husband and I went to 16Eleven for drinks. We sat at the bar and we were told that you had to make reservations to sit at the bar. This is not correct. When I called the next time to make reservations to sit at the bar I was told there was no way to make reservations for the bar area-and this was never a requirement. It was the trashy blonde bartender who told us this the first time and who would not make eye contact with us to take our cocktail order. Bad customer service by this bartender - and strange that she would tell us something that was incorrect in a grumpy tone. read more
