Located in Yhact Haven. This is a nice restaurant. Pasta was great. Lamb chops was excellent and chicken tenders and fries was good. The service was great atmosphere was very nice. You can look at the beautiful yachts right on the pier.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Ambiance on the water is chill music is great. The fried snapper platter was phenomenal perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. The lamb chops were absolutely out of this world. Chef Roy even sent out two desserts, and wow... the chocolate bacon bourbon cake and the apple walnut cake were both incredible. It was impossible to pick a favorite. The food alone would have made the night special, but the service truly took it to another level. Our two servers Joanna & Mitch were so sweet, courteous, and generous young ladies!, they made the evening so memorable. They surprised me with a cake and candle for my birthday without being asked, which was incredibly thoughtful. Chef Roy even came out to introduce himself and sang along with the celebration. What an amazing team. If you haven't been to 13 yet, do yourself a favor and go. It's one of the best restaurant experiences I've had in a very long time.

Spoiler Alert- Do NOT come here if you want average food. The food here is phenomenal!!! Not only that, but the atmosphere is perfect for a small, on the ocean restaurant. We came to this cute town on a cruise. When we arrived a few of our party members decided to do a beach day, but my aunt and I wanted to take it easy. We walked down the pier and found this restaurant. We were greeted with amazing water/Mountain View's, fish right by your seat, and cute iguanas. After we ordered the burger and a side of fries we were blown away by how amazing it was- perfectly cooked and seasoned. We also decided to get a few drinks. My aunt said her corona was one of the best she had in a while. I could keep going on, but instead, TAG your turn to Go on ahead and check this place out.

We enjoyed this place immensely. First of all, an enormous iguana was just wandering around eating whatever people would toss to it which was thrilling. Very friendly iguana. His name we are told is Paco. The food was excellent. The service was good. The seafood chowder was very good. A bit pricey. But everything that we got tasted delicious.

One of the more decent touristy restaurants on St. Thomas and reasonably priced for the area! Was on the islands for academic purposes and not vacation so we didn't explore the restaurants that much but definitely one of the better meals we had. Chicken sandwich was really delicious and of course beautiful waterfront views! 4/5 food - chicken sando and fries were both seasoned well and yummy, also got the ginger seltzer which was average 5/5 service - waiter was super nice and welcoming 5/5 vibes - who doesn't love a good picturesque island waterfront evening!

13 offers a beautiful deck overlooking the port from where you can watch boats come and go, see visiting iguanas, and watch huge tarpons hoping for food from the restaurant patrons. 13 also has a great menu with many yummy appetizers, salads, sandwiches and other entrees. We chose the grilled octopus with potato hash (Delicious!) and soup of the day, a creamy tomato basil served with crostini. The soup was also very tasty, but nothing beats grilled octopus for me. Our server, Mitch, was very friendly, and the service was fast and efficient. 13 also offers many specialty cocktails and a good beer and wine selection. I chose a Barberry, vodka with blackberries and sugar and soda water, and hubby had an Ultra. 13 provided a restful, beautiful spot for an excellent much needed snack after snorkeling. If I'm ever back in St Thomas, I'll sell out 13 again.

It's an open air restaurant so all the seats have views but we were ocean front. Our server Michele was friendly and pleasant. Service was very good from start to finish. The restaurant is not inexpensive but we managed to get out for less than the $200 I predicted when we sat down. I started with a very pleasant local IPA which was just perfect after a day of travel. The wife had prosecco and the kid had sparkling water. For an appetizer we had fish bites which tasted a lot like chicken. There was a spicy sauce that was a very nice accompaniment. For entrees, the wife had a papaya salad and the kid had Caesar salad. Both were excellent. I had the ceviche which was fresh with no fish smell or taste. The fish was "cooked" perfectly so it was tender. The homemade plantain chips were perfect. Overall, a very pleasant meal with killer views and great service. It was a very nice way to start our vacation on St. Thomas.

There is no view of the marina or ocean, but the seating is all open air and they play great classic rock. The drink menu is limited but they have a full bar so you just need to ask for what you want. I started with the Reef Island IPA which is a very tasty and smooth IPA. The wife had a rum punch which she said was weak. For food, the kid had a burger but did not like it because it needed seasoning. I tried a bite and agreed. The fries were crispy. For entrees, the wife and I each had fish tacos: mine, blackened; hers, grilled, Mine were much better. Both were tasty and hit the spot. For $19, it was reasonable. I would order them again. Service was very attentive and friendly. They automatically add 20% tip to the bill, plus 4% for credit cards. So you don't have add any tip unless you want to. I ordered the shrimp tacos, and the food tasted like it may have been frozen and reheated in the microwave. The jerk chicken also did not taste authentic -- it seemed like regular barbecue sauce was poured straight from the bottle over chicken. I couldn't find the Patio as a Google Maps option, so here you go. For the record, this was a find, and we are so glad we chose to eat on the patio. The Patio is outside, so be aware. However, the prices are half of the restaurant and are more of a simple meal than the restaurant. Lexie was our server and, honestly, one of the best and more memorable servers I can remember having in a long time. She was professional and yet down to earth and conversational. We threw her questions, and she was honest about her recommendations. PLUS, she was right in her opinion! So, we ordered three items off the menu with the Ahi Nachos, Grilled Mahi Sandwich, and Mudpie being the items suggested. All three were great, and the nachos were a highlight until the HUGE Mudpie stole the show. Cold coffee ice cream with Oreo crust and chocolate drizzle hit the spot watching the sunset. At the end of the day, The Patio is spacious with a full bar and sits right on the beach. It can get warm, and when the sun went down, the bugs came out; however, it didn't take away from our meal and our incredible service from Lexie.

We asked about night time and were told that it pretty much closes up early, but that they are considering keeping it open at night due to the great views.
