I love a drive thru coffee stand, especially when the service rivals their more traditional counterparts. Although my Cortado cost a little more than my last visit, I think it was $4.60 this go around, the quality and consistency remain the same. The service is still top notch. The dual drive thru is a win. The customization options are plentiful (they even carry Red Bull creations), and they offer a real, traditional cappuccino :). Drop by if you're in the area. Even though it was HER error for getting my drink wrong in the first place, I offered her an apology to calm her down, but she refused my apology and became even more heated. By then, I lost all desire for the drink, left it on their counter and realized the $5 plus I left there wasn't worth having to deal with this mentally unstable woman. I originally wanted to go with the habibi latte but after learning about it opted for the dates latte. My niece didn't want a coffee so she went with the passionfruit refresher. They asked if we wanted regular sweetness or light but not knowing how sweet it would be we opted for regular level. It was too sweet but you could still taste the espresso in the dates latte so I think it worked. However, next time I will definitely be asking for less sweetness. The lady who was working, was sitting on the sofa, listening to her phone. I came in and she got up and turned on the tv which had the menu. I placed my order and waited. And waited. And waited. It took forever. The scene from behind the counter was bad. Did not clean. Things looked unorganized and just plain messy. The lady finally had my drink ready. I took one sip and it was awful. Just horrible. The "barista" offered to fix it so I gave her my drink. This is the part that ticked me off... The straw which I had put my mouth on, she removed it when her hand and kept it on the coffee machine. That same straw, she picked it up- after attempting to fix my drink- and was about to place it back into my drink. I told her that I am suppose to be getting a new straw. Got my new straw and took another sip. It was crap again. At this point, I just wanted to get out. Got out, and tossed the drink. A lot of changes need to happen here before I come back.
