However I was out of town for a work event so I was not able to retrieve the items until the following Thursday. I went for pick up and the owner apologized and told me that it was still at the alterations place an hour away and that he would bring it in tomorrow. (A week after it was supposed to be finished). He also insisted that these items would be free of charge because of his mistake and the inconsistency. Mind you, I have a wedding to go to tomorrow and a flight that leaves at 5 am. so I told him that I cannot wait until tomorrow, and the fact that it's over a week late is not my problem but his. I offered to pick it up and he said no, he would bring it to the shop. Well I get there to pick it up from the cleaners and he proceeds to tell me that it will be 88$. How? When you were late and you just said it was free. Meanwhile I told him that was ridiculous and he charged me 60$, only for me to try it on at home and see the end result (see photos attached) . I went back and showed him, he gave me a refund. But moral of the story, I went through hell and back for jeans I can't even fit anymore since they took the butt in and all I needed was the waist. And now I have to go to Walgreens and get an emergency sewing kit to fix the top od the dress. Thanks Wabash cleaners.

I submitted an order last week and left my clothes in a locker, and the clothes simply just sat there for a week, with no one coming to pick them up. I attempted to contact both Tide Cleaners and the cleaning company that actually services the lockers in my building, but received zero response from either. Thankfully, the code that I used to lock the locker also worked to unlock it, so I was at least able to get my clothes back. The app is also super buggy, and occasionally doesn't allow you to log into your account, so I would pass on this service.

I can deal with stubborn stains not coming out but she didn't take any responsibility for the holes that she tore into my clothes. She said they were already there when they were most certainly not.
