Visited today to get some alterations and was greeted by a terrible attitude. The cashier repeatedly told me I should've shown up earlier. Snapped at me about my measurements. Snapped and said I'll have to pay again if the alteration doesn't fit. Then told me it would take 6-7 days to finish. Sadly I'll have to go to another place in the morning where I can get some quick and professional service. So frustrating to always get bottom of the barrel service from my own people.

I have to take my three loads of laundry somewhere else this week to re-wash it all. Employees do nothing. Disgusting place. What a shame!! This was briefly the best laundry on the south side. This has been a 5-star place in the past, but last weekend's visit...? I'd give negative stars if I could. The first two times I came here, after searching for a black-owned laundromat near me, the place was spotless. There was a young man constantly cleaning-- mopping, wiping down tables, wiping down machines the next two times sadly he was not here. Instead there was an elderly gentleman playing games on his phone instead of working, while the place was filthy. Those first times when something fell from the washer I wasn't worried about it getting newly dirty. Now the floors are covered in dirty water, machines are dripping and out of order, the floor is disgusting, and before folding my clothes I went to my car to get a Lysol wipe to wipe down the table. Get that young guy back in here so I can stick with this laundromat!!!
