Luckily after asking around the guy returned it before having to go through all of that 1st... Overall I do feel safe there, but could there be a few adjustments, by all means... With that said: I have never been so disrespected by an establishment in my entire life. While picking up my $400 hoodie that I had dry cleaned, I enquired about the seamstress being able to repair a $500 GG Gucci belt that had been tattered upon the end tip of the strap. One of the attendant ladies stated "Im not trying to be funny but is this real?" I said this is a $500 belt that I am trying to save. She says to me, "You know these kids" I interrupted her in mid-sentence and said, "I am 50 years old!" The anger was there but I didn't want to be perceived as the aggressor, and I didn't want to reciprocate the disrespect I had received. I wanted to tell her that she was not funny but highly offensive, and that an Asian dry cleaners would never talk to us like that, for it is our own kind that believe that familiarity gives one the right to disrespect their customers. Again, I am not holding this beautiful establishment responsible for one clueless employee's lack of customer service. I only ask that we demonstrate the power of grace upon one another, especially for the next 4 years.

Visited today to get some alterations and was greeted by a terrible attitude. The cashier repeatedly told me I should've shown up earlier. Snapped at me about my measurements. Snapped and said I'll have to pay again if the alteration doesn't fit. Then told me it would take 6-7 days to finish. Sadly I'll have to go to another place in the morning where I can get some quick and professional service. So frustrating to always get bottom of the barrel service from my own people.
