Sandwiches took awhile to come out because there was a kitchen issue (something about the gas not working so they were dealing with slower electronic equipment) but they warned us about it. Wines I have never heard about, so I was able to venture out... not the typical "Duckhorn" which seems to be everywhere lol. The interior is finely decorated. Much character throughout the entire restaurant including the restrooms. I love when there is some much thought put into a lavatory. It's picture perfect - selfie perfect. Had a small menu, but what I tried for happy hour was very appetizing. I stuck with the hummus, I'm not a meat eater and couldn't do the dairy in the Beet Labneh. The hummus was AHMAZING. I could have licked my plate. Where am I? Heaven. Staff is super nice and attentive. Owner or Manager (?) came out several times for small talk. Anyways. I will be back. With friends. Before I wrote this reviews I checked in with friends and let them know how my adventure went. We are securing dates and times. Do yourself a favor and just visit!

It also helps support local restaurants during slower seasons while raising money for local charities, which is something I always enjoy supporting. Unfortunately, our first Restaurant Weeks experience at Private Client was underwhelming. We ordered from both the Restaurant Weeks menu and the happy hour menu. For our first course appetizers we had the Bang Bang Shrimp and the Ceviche Acapulco. The Bang Bang Shrimp were very hot, fresh, crispy and delicious. It wasn't mayonnaise forward like I would've liked but the portion size was more generous than expected. The Ceviche Acapulco missed the mark. The bowl was filled with juice, which took away from the dish. For our main course, we ordered the 14 oz ribeye with mashed potatoes and broccolini that we asked to be cooked medium well. Unfortunately, it came out fully cooked, hard to cut, and under seasoned. We also ordered the lamb chops with couscous and broccolini, also cooked medium well. Those were the best out of the main courses we ordered. They were tender, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and well seasoned. The sides were just average. For dessert we tried the molten chocolate lava cake that was heavily drowned in raspberry sauce. And a scope of vanilla bean ice cream both were decent, but nothing to rave about. From the happy hour menu we ordered the Golden Hour and As You Wish cocktails, along with a Brut and a Rosé. We really enjoyed the As You Wish cocktail and the Rosé. We also ordered the sliders, which were easily one of the BEST things we ate, second to the lamb chops. The restaurant itself is beautiful. The interior is warm, modern chic with rustic touches, and the space feels open and inviting. The service was good, but not good enough to justify what happened at the end of the meal. Every menu clearly states that a 20% gratuity is automatically added only for parties of six or more. Our party consisted of just two people, yet a 20% gratuity was still added to our bill without being mentioned. We NEVER mind tipping for good service, and we had already left a generous tip more than what was promoted as a suggestion before realizing the gratuity had already been included. Being charged an automatic gratuity that contradicts the restaurant's own stated policy on every menu and without informing guests is unacceptable. If you decide to dine here, be sure to carefully review your bill before paying, no matter how quickly the card reader is handed to you.

The music was great and added to the overall atmosphere, and it wasn't crowded, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was decent--good enough to satisfy, but nothing particularly memorable. They didn't have what I originally wanted, but it worked out in the end. Just a heads-up: it's a self-seating setup, and you order food directly from the bar. My drink, however, was exactly what I was hoping for--well-made and tasty. Overall, I'd definitely come back, but more for an informal night out rather than a full dining experience.

Better than your average mall food court! About the service, I like how the different restaurants text you when your food is ready opposed to just standing there giving you the ability to explore around. All the restaurants staff has been very nice each time I've come. Make sure you make thoroughly sanitize the table that you decide to eat at. I watched the most disgusting thing occur yesterday: a couple changing their baby on the bare table. Nasty! They didn't even wipe the table down then I watched a couple bring food to that same table and eat off of it! Anyways, the ambience is always chill hence people doing whatever they want. I love the industrial look of the place. You can walk around and find different atmosphere of this place. I discovered an area with all greenery; they don't take care of the plants as some have scale (weakness the lifespan of the plant), however very beautiful and calming area

It feels like a fun change from your usual coffee order and makes for the perfect little treat while exploring everything POST Houston has to offer. One thing I love is that you have options. Don't skip the pastry case either! They have a selection of pastries that pair perfectly with your drink, whether you're stopping in for a quick coffee break or want to sit down and enjoy something sweet. The shop is a great addition to a day at POST Houston. Grab your latte and a pastry, then walk around and explore the rest of the space. If you're already visiting POST for an event like Coffee & Cars, this is an easy stop to add to your day. I actually felt comfortable going upstairs to eat while they played. And if your kid starts crying, they'll call you right away. The food was a little slow and definitely not cheap, but surprisingly good. I liked the burger and fries, my son loved his steak taco, and my daughter demolished her salmon. Everything feels elegant and upscale, and the elevators are really nice too. Finding the restaurant was easy--we parked in the garage and walked over without any trouble. Also, don't worry about paying for parking because the restaurant gives you a QR code for complimentary parking. Once we were seated, the service was a little slow. There was only one waiter, and although it wasn't very busy (only about 2-4 other tables while we were there on a Friday), our drinks weren't refilled and no one checked in on us very often. It honestly didn't bother me much, but it's something to be aware of. We started with the homemade sourdough and butter, and it was delicious. The bread was fresh, and the butter had a slight sweetness that paired perfectly with it. I ordered the burger, and it was honestly one of the best burgers I've ever had. I asked for it medium rare, and it was cooked perfectly. The bun is made locally by a fresh bakery, and you can really taste the quality. Everything tasted fresh, the bun was perfectly toasted, the burger was incredibly juicy, and the cheese was amazing. The French fries were also fantastic! My mom and sister ordered the fish and chips, which was the day's special. They said the fish was light, delicate, and absolutely delicious with a crispy beer batter. For dessert, my sister and cousin shared the pistachio mousse cake. They both loved it and said it melted in your mouth, although they mentioned the portion was on the smaller side. The views are absolutely stunning and are worth visiting for on their own. We came here to celebrate my mom's birthday, and it made the occasion feel extra special. There's something mesmerizing about being high up and looking at tall buildings. The view is doing all the heavy lifting for this space however. From carpeted floors, to chrome finishes, and a lack of ambient music or sound on my visit, the atmosphere was very lackluster. It gave the unsettling feeling of being in an empty office where the loudest noise is the air conditioning. Service was handled well by the sole employee we saw, aside from the cook when he waddled to the bathroom. As mentioned, she took care of hostess and waitress duties for the 5-7 tables sat during lunch hour and that's respectable for me. There needs to be at least 2 people staffed, cmon now. The food is just about a average or a notch above. Hummus appetizer was pleasantly spicy and had a crudite sprinkled on the use that played well to dip with. My Caesar wasn't the worst Caesar I've had, which was nice, and I thought the lamb chops were cooked to a delightful medium. The preparation and delivery of everything is what you'd hope to get at a business lunch $36-$46/ plate at a minimum. Can't say I had much to complain about, but I can't imagine coming back on my own dime.
