Mixed feelings/experience overall. The vibe of this place is really great for happy hour, date night, just a night out on the weekend. I think that's why it brings in such a crowd. It was PACKED when we had tried to go there last week, with a 1.5 hour wait, so we left and made a reservation for this past Friday at 8:30. My biggest issue - we had checked in at 8:30 when we got there and they told us to wait a couple minutes to clean our table. After waiting for about 20 minutes, I overheard them seat a couple that had a reservation for 8:45. Odd. I went up to the hostess stand again and this time another girl was there. She looked up our name and it said we had been sat already. Yikes. We did get sat after the new hostess realized the mistake, but it seems like the front end is really not that organized. With a place that packed I feel like you need to be really organized. The server named Amanda really made up for the confusion with seating. She was very friendly, energetic, and attentive. I had ordered a mojito which was terrible, and she took it away and off the bill. I then ordered one of their signature drinks and it was great. That tells me the bartenders have mastered the drinks on the menu, but aren't good mixologists outside of that. Beware of that. The food was also great. I got a salad and my boyfriend got the gnocchi. I didn't like how the shrimp was not grilled, and just boiled, but to be fair it's not like the menu said grilled shrimp so that's fine. Overall I do see us going back one day because it's close to us and like I said the vibe is great - but I'll be keeping a closer eye when waiting to get sat so we aren't forgotten again! read more

110 Grill is one of our "go-to" restaurants. I love that they have vegan options. My boyfriend loves the chicken piccata and gnocchi. The Cyprus salad is very tasty. Last time I tried the "pomegranate basil splash" cocktail. It was delicious! Very refreshing and well-balanced. My boyfriend loves their bourbon sour. The service is always good! The food was mediocre at best. I ordered a steak salad cooked medium. The salad was ridiculously over dressed and the meat was much closer to rare than medium. In addition, the meat was either cut wrong or low quality as it was very tough. My wife's meatloaf was dry and the onion strings were greasy and under cooked. The waitress was not around much. This evening I decided to get dinner at 110 Grill in Saugus. I was in a horrible mood because I was EXTREMELY hangry (had half a muffin all day). This happens sometimes so I didn't feel sociable at all. The second I sit down my server, Rebecca, brought over warm rolls with garlic butter which immediately ceased my hangry attitude. She kindly brought me and my date our beverages along with an ice cold water with lemon... mmmm. We got fried pickles for an appetizer and wow! Two different dipping sauces? I was impressed (I'm totally a sauce girl). I like my options if you know what I mean. For dinner I ordered a chicken Caesar salad, Rebecca suggested the Cajun chicken and it was a fantastic recommendation, very flavorful. The salad had the perfect crouton, lettuce, dressing ratio! Just no. Went at 3 pm on a Sunday with a party of five. Half empty restaurant but still took over 20 minutes to seat us. Was excited about the menu, started with the nacho tots, wings and beet salad. The beet salad was fine, the wings were obviously previously frozen, the side of carrots were limp and black, and the nacho tots didn't have any cheese or guacamole. They also had chorizo on them, which wasn't crumbled as we expected but more like oversized tots (think cat poop) and stone cold. At this point I really regretted ordering the short rib and risotto. When it was put in front of me it smelled like dog food, but I wouldn't feed it to my dog. The meat had freezer burn and had no taste. The risotto was passable until the whirl butter that they must use started pooling at the bottom of the dish. It wasn't fat from the short ribs because that was bone dry. It was a good 1/4 inch. My husband got the beef stroganoff and the whirl did the same thing, pooling in the dish. The meat was roast beef cut incorrectly. My sister's burger was actually edible, along with the other sandwiches. The waitress was pleasant, but when you are faced with meals that aren't touched and the customers don't want to take them to go, wouldn't you ask if everything was okay? (I waited tables for years, the correct answer is yes). It was by far the most disgusting meal I've had in a long time (and my entree was $28). If you are dragged here for somee reason, stick with a sandwich and a beer. Otherwise, just no. My wife and I had lunch here and we weren't impressed at all. Took 10 min for the bartender to acknowledge us then another 7min for the drinks to come out with 6 people at the bar. Drinks are ok but more expensive than other restaurants in the area. We have been to this location several times and this is the first time that we were less than happy. The cocktails were OK but we have had better. The Asian calamari which we have had in the past was not nearly as good this time. The calamari rings were OK but the tentacles were way too big and way too chewy to enjoy. The batter should've been crispier and even the chili dipping sauce was not all that great. My wife's kale and Brussels salad was just okay and the side of chicken that came with it was poor. I did enjoy my fish and chips, however it would've been nice if that same crispy batter was used on the calamari appetizer. Caroline our server was extremely polite, funny, and accommodating. We took my mother here for her birthday dinner and it was all of our first times at 110 grill and we were delighted! Caroline took the time to make sure we got exactly what we needed and that we could celebrate for my mom. We decided after our meal we wanted to surprise my mom with a oreo sundae for her birthday, and Caroline pulled it together last minute for us and came over with the dessert and a birthday candle singing "Happy Birthday"! Fantastic! I went here on New Year's Eve with a group of four. We arrived early for our reservation and were seated early and at a table right next to the open kitchen. It was great to be able to see all of the meals coming out, all of which looked and smelled delicious. We had several rounds of cocktails, apps, and main courses, all of which were excellent. worst experience ever. I was sat on the patio at 2:47pm another table was sat beside me at 2:53.. when the waitress came out she said to both of us that she would be right over.. another waitress walked over to her & said "take good care of them. They're my day ones" referring to the table that was sat after me. The server took my order(sparkling water, fried pickles, & wings well done, sauce on side)& then theirs.. after a few minutes their alcoholic drinks arrived.. my water did not.. the server then brought me a regular water sat it on the table & walked away. when I asked if my water would be coming out the server stated "there's your water right there".. I reordered my sparkling water she brought it out about 2-4 minutes later. The table beside me's food came out.. Went here for lunch, menu is a bit all over the place. Ended up getting sriracha steaktips over jasmine rice it was about $16...and you get 4 very small steak tips and a small amount of rice. I asked for no pickled vegetables either. Regardless, very small portion. Ordered a side salad as well, it was fresh and house dressing was good. They do have SHED on draft, that was good. My friend he got a bowl of pesto pasta with chicken. His meal was giant. Definitely got taken for the small amount of steak tips for $16. As far as how they were cooked I asked for medium they were well done. I probably won't be back. There are better restaurants fairly priced, with good portions in this area. read more

We waited for our waitress to come 5 minutes she took our drink order and came 10 minutes later. I ordered red wine and my guest ordered coffee Waitress brought white wine and ice tea I took the wine because I never waist wine but guest wanted coffee. Another 5 minutes and waitress says be careful cause it's hot. Well it was warm at best and only half cup. No cream which we asked for. Meal was fair at best. Chicken Caesar salad was just ok. Pulled pork sandwich was not. My first and last time at 110. I miss the old Hilltop restaurant back in the 70's when it was the best steak house in the world Went back and had a very good lunch and our server was great. Wow... Most places on Route 1 are mediocre at best. Stopped in here on a whim for a quick dinner. The waiter, so sorry I cannot provide a big shout out as you were quite attentive and friendly , suggested everything on the menu was made from scratch. "Yeah, right" ... It was. The steak tips were marinated and cooked to perfection, the chorizo appetizer was spicy but not overbearing, the salad dressing was fresh, the burger's portion and taste was flavorful. Went last night and the service at the bar was horrible and the kitchen made so many mistakes. They screwed up 2 salads, and never even got one thing we ordered. Nothing came out together. People were done eating when others were still waiting and this was just at the Bar. I was surprised since this is a chain, I would have thought rolling a restaurant and training staff would be on point. Also, some of the food was cold and we didnt want to send back due to we already had waited so long to get the food in the first place. The burger and onion rings were delicious. This is a very comfortable place to eat or drink, though it can get very crowded at certain times (like Thursday and Friday nights). Has a lively bar with a huge beer selection and good craft cocktails. Locals have been flocking to the bar to watch games... Went there for dinner last night and was served by Nick. He is a friendly, personable waiter who knows the menu really well and can make good recommendations. His timing and delivery were spot on. I've had several different meals here and everything I've had has been fine. I particularly like the 110 Burger. (Wish the french fries were a step up. They are like Mcdonald's but I wish they had something like truffle fries). Presentation is nice. I don't come here seeking "gourmet" offerings, but I would consider it a casual menu with a contemporary spin. The outdoor patio/fire pit is very nice when weather permits. read more

I did take out amongst the COVID 19 pandemic and it was a great experience. The manager (masked) brought the food out to my car and put it in the trunk. Alcohol is half price, which he offered to me.
