Same as all the other reviews. Assigned by home warranty to fix our dishwasher. Our dishwasher has been broken since January 12th. They didn't order the part that was needed right away, so then when they tried to order it, it was on back order. Then it was out of stock. 0 STARS - 101 Repair was assigned to me by my home warranty provider. They came the and quoted the job and now I am on week three with no follow up to my service request. When you call the office, you are put on hold forever and eventually disconnected. My home warranty got a hold of them once by chance and Samantha said she would be calling me with an update on parts and an install date. That never happened. Now I have to wait for the home warranty to get them parts directly and handle everything. Unfortunately, this is what you get when you go through your warranty provider...they always use the cheapest vendors and you know what they say, "you get what you pay for". If your warranty company assigns them to you, deny it and request someone else. Pro-tip: always research who they assign to you to be sure you don't have this happen to you. I have had bad luck in the past, fought it and got a better vendor. *This was not a big job, just the replacement of my microwave door and vent. read more

Refuse this company at ALL costs of your warranty provider tries to use them. And do NOT use them in your own. Open ticket for over 2 months on a microwave. Still not fixed they didn't even want to take photos for the warranty company. In fact they did not upload the pics I made them take per warranty company. Trying to say it's the magnets, when I physically was in front of microwave when it caught on fire at front corner door. They do not respond to messages. They no show. And today they called saying they were on the way, pulled into driveway, parked, stepped out of truck and then got back and in and took off. No call no knock on door. I had to call over and over. Supposedly they cannot do the job all the sudden bc it's a 2 man job. Like you didn't know that when you put the parts in your truck and had the ticket to come out here?! And you didn't have the decency to come to my door and say anything?! Bullshit! Called their office to speak to the manager or owner and was refused and told to "have a great day". Do not use this company for anything. If your home warranty says they are using 101 Repair, have them assign a different company. They helped us one time with a washer. That was fine. But when they came out to help us with the dishwasher, it was the worst customer experience I've ever had with a company. They lied to our home warranty company about their contact with us. They had the part in but didn't schedule time with us for over a week and never returned any of our 6 calls. Then they cancelled the appointment and rescheduled for the next week. They refused to rearrange their schedule to fit us in or make amends for their mistakes. This has been over a month long process since the initial contact. I spoke to Samantha at 101 Repair a couple of times trying to find out why it's taking so long to get the parts to repair my washer. The last time I spoke to her....she hung up on me!!! I called my home warranty service complaining that 101 is taking too long to repair my washer. Then I looked them up on YELP.....WOW, they are BAD!!!!!!! I called to file a service request on January 26, 2024.....Today is Feb. 14th and I was told that another part had been ordered and they would not come to my home to repair my washer until Feb. 28th. I told Samantha that they should send someone to my home with the OLD parts...put them back in my washer.....she hung up on me!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND DO NOT RESPOND! I've requested Fidelity to not dispatch them to my home. They are banned from coming to my home. It takes them over a month to complete a simple task that other vendors can complete much quicker and efficiently. I called them every single day for 6 days in a row and left a message each time. Very Poor service! Repair was dispatched by Fidelity National Home Warranty to fix problems with my dishwasher. Technician arrived and did not make repair then closed out work order as completed. I spoke with Samantha, she was not responsive and did not return calls as promised. Do not recommend these people! They are not responsive and they do not return calls back at all. I found them very hard to communicate with.101 Repair was sent by my home Warranty to fix problems with my dishwasher and washing machine. The problem with dishwasher was that the dishes were not getting dried. Sam from 101 replaced the heating element close to 3 weeks after initial assessment. Same problem continued, called them, and the lady at the front desk told me that there were no appointments for the next 1 week. Told her that it had been 1 month with no dishwasher, she was rude and hung up the call. Through the warranty company, I was able to get Sam after 2 days to check again and said he doesn't see any problem. We told him that we still see the same problem, and asked did he check the water temperature and connection. Then he says, hot water is not connected to the dishwasher, and he didn't check in his 2 previous visits thinking that it's new construction and mentioned that it's a plumbing issue, once plumber confirms everything is fine then he will run his other checks if the same problem continues. Along with Dishwasher, we had a problem with our washing machine which left some water after each wash cycle and hear water dripping sound. For that, Sam replaced a water connection part and left without even testing properly. We were trying to run the washer over that weekend, and we saw that there was no water flow to the washer at all. Clothes were getting washed with no water. When I contacted, they said they will find out and need a new work order from warranty company. After new work order, they asked Warranty company to transfer that to some other repair company. 1. 101 doesn't diagnose the problem properly 2. They fix something and do not test to make sure the issue is fixed or not. 3. Not responsive at all, you have to do multiple follow ups for everything. 4. If we suggest something to check, they will not consider and says they know everything, they are in the industry for long time, but cannot fix your problem Would give zero stars. read more

My warranty company assigned them to my case almost a week ago and they have NEVER contacted me. When you try to call their shop, you are put on hold no matter what option you choose. When you have been on hold for five minutes you are then told to leave a message for a callback. Which never comes. Even when the warranty company attempted to call them they got the same treatment. You can't tell me they are that busy that they can't perform basic customer service. You can email them at their info@101repair.com email address - no response. First American Home Warranty assigned 101 Repair to fix the problem. Their technician went there - did not fix the problem and left. I can't reach anyone at 101 Repair by phone or email and they will not fix the problem. read more

Do not work with these people! 101 Repair was the second company sent to my home by Fidelity National Home Warranty to fix an ongoing problem with my dishwasher. As you can see from the pictures, the wash cycle does not dispense the soap at the right time so my dishes are coated with soap. Sam from 101 replaces a washer arm after checking the temperature of the water and the pressure. Same problem continued. Fidelity sent them out again, and today the workman told me that GE needed to come out because he could not fix it. I said that I did not want a THIRD business to come out, it was time for a new dishwasher. He said he would send in his report Monday. I got a call about half an hour later and was told that from 101 said that there !was nothing that needed to be fixed. The man lied! The pictures tell the story. Because of this dishonest man I am going to have to start over with yet another company to get my dishwasher fixed. read more

We called 101 Repair because our garage refrigerator was not cooling. The freezer worked fine, but something with the fan was preventing the fridge part from working properly. The owner, Sargon, called us about 30 minutes before his arrival to let us know he was coming, which we appreciated because it's always nice to have a heads up. When he arrived, he was extremely professional and let us know the motor wasn't working. He replaced the motor and when he was close to finishing, we remembered that the refrigerator light bulb wouldn't light up either... It had to do with some mechanical issue, not the bulb itself. Although we brought that up last minute, he was extremely kind and checked the power for us. He adjusted some things for the bulb and it worked! The entire process was smooth and we were so thankful, especially since we had the poor guy working in the garage during the hot summer.
