Same as all the other reviews. Assigned by home warranty to fix our dishwasher. Our dishwasher has been broken since January 12th. They didn't order the part that was needed right away, so then when they tried to order it, it was on back order. Then it was out of stock. And as of now, February 18th, they are t returning our calls. If you have an option, DO NOT use this company. Will update if anything improves. read more

Agree with everyone else's assessment. Wish I would have seen these reviews prior to my home warranty sending them out. Not responsive! Long wait times no return calls. They have come out twice now for my dryer and still not fixed! Over a month now and had ended up buying a new dryer. Horrible company RUN!! read more

This company is THE WORST!!! I wish I could give a NEGATIVE star. The worst EVER!! I waited 4 hours for them to show and they never showed. Never called. Never answered my phone. read more

0 STARS - 101 Repair was assigned to me by my home warranty provider. They came the and quoted the job and now I am on week three with no follow up to my service request. When you call the office, you are put on hold forever and eventually disconnected. My home warranty got a hold of them once by chance and Samantha said she would be calling me with an update on parts and an install date. That never happened. Now I have to wait for the home warranty to get them parts directly and handle everything. Unfortunately, this is what you get when you go through your warranty provider...they always use the cheapest vendors and you know what they say, "you get what you pay for". If your warranty company assigns them to you, deny it and request someone else. Pro-tip: always research who they assign to you to be sure you don't have this happen to you. I have had bad luck in the past, fought it and got a better vendor. *This was not a big job, just the replacement of my microwave door and vent. read more

Refuse this company at ALL costs of your warranty provider tries to use them. And do NOT use them in your own. Open ticket for over 2 months on a microwave. Still not fixed they didn't even want to take photos for the warranty company. In fact they did not upload the pics I made them take per warranty company. Trying to say it's the magnets, when I physically was in front of microwave when it caught on fire at front corner door. They do not respond to messages. They no show. And today they called saying they were on the way, pulled into driveway, parked, stepped out of truck and then got back and in and took off. No call no knock on door. I had to call over and over. Supposedly they cannot do the job all the sudden bc it's a 2 man job. Like you didn't know that when you put the parts in your truck and had the ticket to come out here?! And you didn't have the decency to come to my door and say anything?! Bullshit! Called their office to speak to the manager or owner and was refused and told to "have a great day". But they are supposedly coming back tomorrow....so happy I will now have to take time off again for their mistake again, if they even show. With be complaining to BBB. read more

Do not use this company for anything. If your home warranty says they are using 101 Repair, have them assign a different company. They helped us one time with a washer. That was fine. But when they came out to help us with the dishwasher, it was the worst customer experience I've ever had with a company. They lied to our home warranty company about their contact with us. They had the part in but didn't schedule time with us for over a week and never returned any of our 6 calls. Then they cancelled the appointment and rescheduled for the next week. They refused to rearrange their schedule to fit us in or make amends for their mistakes. This has been over a month long process since the initial contact. We've registered 2 formal complaints about 101 Repair. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! The Worst Repair Service EVER!!! I spoke to Samantha at 101 Repair a couple of times trying to find out why it's taking so long to get the parts to repair my washer. The last time I spoke to her....she hung up on me!!! I called my home warranty service complaining that 101 is taking too long to repair my washer. Then I looked them up on YELP.....WOW, they are BAD!!!!!!! I called to file a service request on January 26, 2024.....Today is Feb. 14th and I was told that another part had been ordered and they would not come to my home to repair my washer until Feb. 28th. I told Samantha that they should send someone to my home with the OLD parts...put them back in my washer.....she hung up on me!!!!!!!!!! All I want is my OLD parts put back in my washer and then get the hell out of my home!!!!!!! NEVER let these people into your home......Period!!!!!!! read more

Excellent customer service base of my own experience. The technician arrived on time and diagnosed the issue in my washer quickly ,professionally and did a great job . read more

THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND DO NOT RESPOND! I've requested Fidelity to not dispatch them to my home. They are banned from coming to my home. It takes them over a month to complete a simple task that other vendors can complete much quicker and efficiently. I called them every single day for 6 days in a row and left a message each time. NO ONE EVER RETURNED MY CALLS. read more

This company is hands down the worst company I have ever had to deal with tech said they would be back in 7 days to repair my dishwasher I'm going on day 28 and still no repair date in sight I've left multiple messages with not one response se back contacted my homeowner warranty they got ahold of them and the company said they've been trying to call me because my part is on back order all they do is lie read more

Sam came out to repair the built in microwave and was very efficient and friendly. He contacted me to verify my availability and was careful in handling the microwave. Would recommend 101 Repair to service and repair appliances. read more

The worst company do not go though them they never show up don't call then they say they order parts they never do leave appliances all taken apart. They just never show up or even answer the phone read more

Very Poor service! Repair was dispatched by Fidelity National Home Warranty to fix problems with my dishwasher. Technician arrived and did not make repair then closed out work order as completed. I spoke with Samantha, she was not responsive and did not return calls as promised. Very unprofessional and clearly did not care if quality service was provided....she refused to call and/or reschedule technician. Called 4 times for service...and she just pushed me back to Home Warranty company then hung up on me. Ask your Home Warranty Company to assign another company for service. I have reported them to National Fidelity Home Warranty and requested that they be removed from their list of approved vendors read more

Do not recommend these people! They are not responsive and they do not return calls back at all. I found them very hard to communicate with.101 Repair was sent by my home Warranty to fix problems with my dishwasher and washing machine. The problem with dishwasher was that the dishes were not getting dried. Sam from 101 replaced the heating element close to 3 weeks after initial assessment. Same problem continued, called them, and the lady at the front desk told me that there were no appointments for the next 1 week. Told her that it had been 1 month with no dishwasher, she was rude and hung up the call. Through the warranty company, I was able to get Sam after 2 days to check again and said he doesn't see any problem. We told him that we still see the same problem, and asked did he check the water temperature and connection. Then he says, hot water is not connected to the dishwasher, and he didn't check in his 2 previous visits thinking that it's new construction and mentioned that it's a plumbing issue, once plumber confirms everything is fine then he will run his other checks if the same problem continues. Along with Dishwasher, we had a problem with our washing machine which left some water after each wash cycle and hear water dripping sound. For that, Sam replaced a water connection part and left without even testing properly. We were trying to run the washer over that weekend, and we saw that there was no water flow to the washer at all. Clothes were getting washed with no water. When I contacted, they said they will find out and need a new work order from warranty company. After new work order, they asked Warranty company to transfer that to some other repair company. 1. 101 doesn't diagnose the problem properly 2. They fix something and do not test to make sure the issue is fixed or not. 3. Not responsive at all, you have to do multiple follow ups for everything. 4. If we suggest something to check, they will not consider and says they know everything, they are in the industry for long time, but cannot fix your problem Would give zero stars. read more

If I can give this place more than 5 stars I absolutely would! The technicians were really nice and patient with me. They answered all my questions they fixed my cooktop within a week of the first visit! read more

Customer's BEWARE - Samantha who answer's phones - worst customer service!! She told me technician finished early and could not wait till my scheduled appointment time. I ended up saying fine, I will be there in 5 minutes and she said, oh he already left the area. A company that can't follow their own schedule is a Huge Red Flag. I'm glad this happened as I don't want them to make a dime off my claim to help them stay in business... I wouldn't want this company to even step foot into my house !! Read the reviews, all true .... read more

Worst service experience ever. Several cancellations last minute, and only realized when we call to wonder where they are at. Even when fridge has been unplugged and day taken off work to wait for the service apt. And there are zero answers given. They say they call, but there's no missed call and no voicemail left to give the heads up before being terribly inconvenienced. They truly don't look like they care to have any customers at all. Do not use them for any reason, read more

Terrible customer service is an understatement. That would imply that customer service actually took place. My warranty company assigned them to my case almost a week ago and they have NEVER contacted me. When you try to call their shop, you are put on hold no matter what option you choose. When you have been on hold for five minutes you are then told to leave a message for a callback. Which never comes. Even when the warranty company attempted to call them they got the same treatment. You can't tell me they are that busy that they can't perform basic customer service. Will not recommend, in fact if you get assigned this company or are thinking about hiring them for a job, it might be best to reconsider and look for other options. read more

Pathetic customer service and results. They do not resolve the issue but only put a band aid on it for it to fail again later. Say they will call back and don't. Other reviews are spot on. Contact them if you only want the minimum. read more

Very wonderful to work with! Lovely company and staff. Our freezer switch needed to be repaired, the technician was very nice as well as the receptionist. Thank you for your service, we look forward to doing business with you again ! read more

101 Repair Incorporated is the worst repair shop out there. You can call their main phone number (800) 656-0349 and no one ever answers. You can email them at their info@101repair.com email address - no response. First American Home Warranty assigned 101 Repair to fix the problem. Their technician went there - did not fix the problem and left. I can't reach anyone at 101 Repair by phone or email and they will not fix the problem. read more

They are not very responsive and they do not return calls back in a timely fashion. I found them very hard to communicate with. They technician told us one thing and the lady at the front desk told us something very different. When we tried to get a clarification and a better understanding of the problem they were very curt with the communication. I would not recommend this place. Finally we just went to another applicable repair place to get our washer fixed. read more

Do not work with these people! 101 Repair was the second company sent to my home by Fidelity National Home Warranty to fix an ongoing problem with my dishwasher. As you can see from the pictures, the wash cycle does not dispense the soap at the right time so my dishes are coated with soap. Sam from 101 replaces a washer arm after checking the temperature of the water and the pressure. Same problem continued. Fidelity sent them out again, and today the workman told me that GE needed to come out because he could not fix it. I said that I did not want a THIRD business to come out, it was time for a new dishwasher. He said he would send in his report Monday. I got a call about half an hour later and was told that from 101 said that there !was nothing that needed to be fixed. The man lied! The pictures tell the story. Because of this dishonest man I am going to have to start over with yet another company to get my dishwasher fixed. read more

Absolutely great!! My go-to appliance repair! Great service, honest people, very reasonable prices and that makes for a happy customer. I was not happy my stovetop stopped working but I knew I could rely on them to fix it for me. I had gotten my fridge fixed by them too. They're professional and punctual which I appreciate. They scheduled my appointment, called before the appointment to confirm, came in and diagnosed the issues, and fixed the appliance in no time. They are in high demand but they take good care of their customers. read more

We called 101 Repair because our garage refrigerator was not cooling. The freezer worked fine, but something with the fan was preventing the fridge part from working properly. The owner, Sargon, called us about 30 minutes before his arrival to let us know he was coming, which we appreciated because it's always nice to have a heads up. When he arrived, he was extremely professional and let us know the motor wasn't working. He replaced the motor and when he was close to finishing, we remembered that the refrigerator light bulb wouldn't light up either... It had to do with some mechanical issue, not the bulb itself. Although we brought that up last minute, he was extremely kind and checked the power for us. He adjusted some things for the bulb and it worked! The entire process was smooth and we were so thankful, especially since we had the poor guy working in the garage during the hot summer. I'd highly recommend 101 Repair for any of your needs! read more
