Fish and chips

Second visit to Craft Kitchen now that it's been open for several months and I have to admit this is now one of my favorites for brunch! The menu is great and the price point is solid. We tried the steak and eggs with the fried green tomato, fish and chips and the avocado toast and everyone absolutely loved their food. The sauce with the steak and eggs was delicious and the avocado toast was fancy and delightful. I cannot wait to return! Also the manager was so pleasant! He stopped by our table several times when he noticed my step dad was a Purple Heart. We loved his energy!

Amazing food awaits you at 101 Craft Kitchen! But, don't make them wait. The amazing: - Fish and chips: might be close to the best I've had in the area, and GF? Tell me I'm dreaming! They make deliciously garlicy tartar sauce, 1 of 2 places where it's edible, I usually don't like tartar. Slaw was very good, but had onion, which was surprising and I haven't decided how to feel about it. - Apple butter cake: definitely a dessert worth consuming. - Service: our waitress was excellent, fun personality, said she was an industry veteran, it was apparent. The not as amazing: - Brussels sprouts were overdone. Who wants to taste burnt/char flavor? Also did not like how they were cut up, felt awkward. - All these GF meals and no GF desserts? Contact Paleo Primal Sweets! - Their late policy. I didn't make the rez, my husband did, but he was sharing the details about it on our way in, and it is very strict. So educate yourself and be prepared! We doubled our travel time here to be early and not kicked out of a meal! I liked the ambiance, but felt they needed real plants, or at least better looking fake plants. :) It was almost like being in a bigger version of Greenhouse Cafe in Lebanon, but more modern industrial leaning. 101 Craft Kitchen is one of the best new restaurants in the area. I love that they change out their menu seasonally, but will be sad to see the Fish & Chips go!

Peach Butter Cake

I like that they make everything in-house. The best was the peach butter cake. I'd recommend trying that if you're there. We weren't the biggest fans of the chicken bacon ranch flatbread. It was a very thin and crispy crust with minimal cheese and toppings. We did enjoy the hot honey chicken sandwich. It came with a strong recommendation from the server and we now know why. It was very fresh, had some fun flare with the pimento and pickles, but it was quite messy. We joked that it wasn't a first date food. Neither my friend nor I preferred the texture of the lamb kebabs, though. Cooked well on the outside but felt mushy on the inside.

Been here twice and the food is really good. The drinks are wonderful. Service is fast and friendly. It's close to some other breweries and in the summer it will be perfect with the outdoor seating. I can't wait to come back.

I had a hard time deciding my rating for this restaurant. I genuinely think it was some of the best service I have received dining in a long time - from the moment you walk in to leaving - all of their staff is well trained and it shows. The restaurant was huge and beautiful and very clean. The plating for the food was stunning! However, the flavor in a lot of the dishes was lacking. I personally ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich and enjoyed that, but really wasn't a fan of the side corn pasta. The green tomatoes I did enjoy. I had tried some of the other dishes at the table: the lemon chicken we did not enjoy. The flavor was definitely off and the sides didn't really bump up our opinion of the dish. The soba bowl was okay, but once again just not hitting the mark. The crab cakes did get better reviews by the table but I didn't have a chance to try them. Overall, the meal looked great, but the taste didn't match the view. I do think the restaurant itself seems to lean a little more high end with the service and ambiance and plating but the ingredient quality didn't rise to the same level. I would definitely try again to see some of the other dishes!

Great new find! Friendly and prompt service with a great menu and made from scratch kitchen. We found many vegetarian-friendly options and went with a selection of apps and small plates to split. The gnocchi was my favorite dish! Curious to try the plantain bowl next time

Our first time here. Our server Bailey was not only on the spot as a server, but she gave great recommendations on this wonderful menu. My wife had the pizza flatbread and I had the apple blueberry pancake cake yummy wonderful thing and we split a wedge salad. That was very nice.

Harvest Moon

Great experience. We went middle of the day so not crowded. Friendly service, great service and greeted and spoke with kind manager. Nice, clean decor, bright and fireplaces inside, me likey. Cocktails we had champagne margarita and harvest moon margarita. Both were good but harvest moon was winner. My cousin and I split several items so we could have a real tasting. The kitchen split it all for us except the fish. We didn't have to ask. We had crab&roasted toast, 101 Wedge, Jumbo shrimp po boy and fish and chips. We liked everything! The crab toast amazing, fish and chips, yes but I do think portion small compared to other places that do a good fish and chips. Bottom line, we'll be back.

Okay, biscuit lovers, I just had a religious experience at Maple Street Biscuit Company in…read moreColumbus, Ohio, and I need to tell you about it. From the moment I walked in, I knew this wasn't your average breakfast joint. Their {unique-feature} - let's call it the palpable sense of genuine Southern hospitality mixed with a modern, quirky vibe - immediately sets the stage. It's like your cool grandma's kitchen, but with better coffee (more on that later!). But let's talk about the star of the show: the Biscuits n' Gravy. Oh. My. Goodness. Forget everything you think you know about this Southern staple. This was next-level comfort food. The biscuit itself was perfectly fluffy on the inside, slightly crisp on the outside, and had that subtle buttermilk tang that just makes your soul sing. And the gravy? Forget the bland, floury stuff you get at some places. This was a country gravy, rich, savory, and clearly made with love. The flavors were so spot-on, so perfectly balanced, that when the manager asked how I was enjoying my meal, I practically gushed about the flavor profile! He proudly explained that they make it fresh, on-site, every single day. Amazing. Seriously, I even asked for more gravy (and I'm not ashamed!). The chicken was perfectly seasoned and crispy. The welcoming atmosphere is the real deal. It's not just about saying "hello"; it's about making you feel like you're part of the Maple Street family. It's the kind of place where you instantly relax and feel comfortable lingering over your coffee (which, by the way, they have a whole coffee bar with assorted flavors!). The excellent service just seals the deal. From the friendly cashier to the attentive staff refilling my coffee, everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there and eager to make my experience a great one. The manager, especially, was incredibly nice and clearly takes pride in his team and the food they're serving. It's clear they've cultivated a positive and supportive work environment, and that translates directly into the customer experience. For the price, Maple Street Biscuit Company is an absolute steal. Whether you're a couple looking for a cozy brunch spot, a family needing a satisfying and affordable meal, or a die-hard food enthusiast searching for the perfect biscuit, this place delivers. Trust me, folks, this isn't just breakfast; it's an experience. Go. Now. You won't regret it.

Maybe it was because it was 11am? Who knows. What I do know is that Pillsbury makes better biscuits. Order at the counter, they bring you your food. Dirty tables. Lots of staff. No real excuse. Save your money and hit up First Watch, Wild Eggs, or even Sleepy Bee (with some trepidation). At least you get table service and servings worthy of the cost. Maybe it was a bad day? Maybe they've only been open a short while? Who knows. We won't be back.

There are tons of different options, the service is friendly and helpful & the vibes are great! The blueberry pancake is huge & the compote on it tastes awesome! The Belgian waffles hold their ground and are the perfect platform for this sandwich; getting the chicken Nashville style is the way to go too if you like a little zip!

There was a bunch of smoked salmon, but it was meh--one of the driest benedicts I've ever had. Coffee was good. Twice I tried to get a waitress's attention (once she looked directly at me and walked away). There was no spoon to stir my coffee at the table or in the rolled-up napkin. So I got up to grab one myself. When I grabbed a spoon from the empty server station, I got a dirty look from the waitress as she started approaching me. I told her I needed a spoon, but she ignored me. She then asked me to check the silverware roll. I told you. And she walked away. The orange juice was okay. Did not taste fresh-squeezed; maybe the oranges aren't good. I guess I'll keep going to greasy spoons: better service, better food, better price.
