This place has many different kinds of pizza to choose from! Or you can make your own pizza. If you make your own pizza, you can choose an unlimited number of toppings for the size of pizza you decide to get. I decided to make my own pizza with a garlic sauce. This sauce was yummy! They put a good amount of sauce on your pizza so it doesn't come out too dry or too saucy. After making your pizza, they will put it in the oven to bake. It only takes 2 minutes and it will be ready to eat! The pizza comes out hot and fresh. All of the toppings were very fresh. The dough wasn't the best I've ever had, but overall, it was good. I would recommend trying this place out!

This place always hits spot. Ingredients are always fresh and the crust is amazing as well. They were flawless pies. This is always a favorite lunch date place for my wife and I.

The guy working was extremely helpful when my card was having issues because my chip didn't work. Pizza was great but pretty pricey for a large and too much dough for my liking. I'll have to check out any other crust options if they have any. It was ready pretty quickly which was nice. I'll definitely be back again when I want pizza in the area. It was nice to be able to sit there and eat in peace for a while.

Found this gem and couldn't be more happier with the food. Placed a takeout order, got two pizzas and a salad. Amazing fresh toppings! The staff was very friendly as well. Highly recommend this place for tasty authentic pizza!

I've been to a couple build-your-own pizza restaurants in other cities, and I love neopolitan-style pizza, so I was very excited when I heard 1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria was opening a location in Sioux City. They've been open a little under a week now and I'm happy to report that, taste-wise, this is my favorite of the build-your-own pizza joints I've tried thus far. If you've been to Subway or Chipotle, the setup is similar: you select your crust, you select your sauce, ditto for cheese, meats, and veggies. Then they toss it into an oven while you pay and it's cooked in a short few minutes, at which point they'll bring it to your table. Each pizza costs one flat rate according to the size of your pizza, so you can go really go wild and try out whatever combination of toppings tickles your fancy. If you're overwhelmed by the possibilities of unlimited toppings, though, they also have featured pizzas that you can order without dictating each and every topping, like buffalo chicken and margherita. I've had better neapolitan pizza elsewhere, but this is still a solid effort and the novelty of unlimited toppings more than makes up for it. The crust is super thin, to the point you could probably roll it up NYC-style if you wanted, and it's very soft, as neapolitan should be. The fresh mozzarella was fabulous. The 10" pizza is juuust the right size for a single person, but if you don't come pretty hungry, it might be a touch big. They had many, many employees working to put the pizzas together, but getting the pizzas made was a little slower than expected because the staff would weave around each other and hold up the line, or answer the phone when they're the only one at the register. They were friendly and helpful, though, so I imagine that they'll iron out the kinks with a little more time and experience to get organized at this new location. The seating area is mostly made up of smaller tables, so I don't imagine it would be easy to bring a larger group of 5+ here. Each booth had an easy-to-access electrical outlet and two USB outlets, so you can charge your phone/laptop while you eat. Not bad at all for their first week open. I'll be sure to try them again soon.

Took an hour to get to me and they are literally just 2 miles away. The crust was undercooked, the cheese smelled like a cigarette. The yeast in the crust was also very dead. This was NOT Neapolitan crust by any stretch of the imagination. Not even close. It was so awful. There's no way I will order from here again. It was seriously horrible. I had such high hopes, and chose this place over Old Chicago, thinking I might get a new experience that would be exciting, like finding a hidden gem. I couldn't be more wrong. So disappointed. I was starving. Otherwise I would have tossed it. Ugh.

Quick, friendly service, even at peak times. Really low prices, especially on Mondays. Best of all, quality ingredients makes a fab pizza. Wish we had one of these in Council Bluffs.

Select as many fresh toppings as you like.

Quick pizza. Ingredients are fresh and there are a lot of options - cheeses, sauce, veggies & meats. I ordered the Classic Margherita and it was so-so. Not a lot of mozzarella and basil but the crust was good. The other 2 in the party built their own pizzas and were extremely pleased with the outcome. Restaurant was clean. Servers were pretty friendly and the pizzas are brought to your table after you order at the counter. The self-serve Coke machine was out of Coke ironically. They do have a small but nice section of local craft beers. All in all, if you're looking for good pizza in a timely fashion, 1000 Degrees is for you.

1000 degrees is a brick oven pizzeria serving brick oven pizza, salads, and wings. Ingredients were fresh and displayed for customer selection. Pizza price were not based on the number of toppings so toppings were unlimited. Their salads are fresh made to order. Pizza was prepared fresh in minutes. The decor was modern. My only complaint was that the high chairs and boosters seats were in disarray creating an eye sore. Also some tables needed to be wiped off. Overall, is a must visit establishment.

Maybe I should have with…read morethe Iowa versus Nebraska game it would be packed, and maybe I should have been more understanding because my server said it was her third day, but the service I had this last time at P's Pizza House in the Dunes was pretty disappointing. HOWEVER, I definitely will give them the benefit of the doubt and be excited to return. Mostly because of this food... Check this out - In my experience, sports bars can go one of two routes with their food. They either order the traditional menu with maybe a slight variation from your standard food supplier. The food is fine, but nothing to write home about and you feel like you've had the exact same meal at other similar restaurants. However, the other route is when a restaurant leans into their menu to offer something different. Elevate the flavors. Put a spin on classics, and give you a reason to return. P's Pizza House in the Dakota Dunes falls into the later category. The cheeseballs and french fries - both sweet and regular - were fairly traditional, but the seasoning/garnish shows that they are paying attention. This brisket mac & cheese will stick to your ribs and let the flavors shine rather than drowning the meat in sauce or forgetting to cook the macaroni well. The smashburgers were exceptional. The pub burger with mushrooms, caramelized onions, and that pretzel bun with perfectly melted cheese and bacon was tasty, but the pimento cheese smashburger with crispy onion straws was divine. I appreciated that they were actually smash burgers and not just a regular burger with a fancy name. The toppings added to the experience instead of just trying to hide a bad burger. Not pictured were some Oreo shakes and cocktails in addition to a great beer menu. They have a private party space where they can pump out their coal fired pizzas to a large group and they even have a kids zone with arcade games to keep them busy. And with a ton of TVs will make sure that you don't miss any action. -- at P's Pizza House.
