A great find as we had to eat something before we had to fly out of SUX. Met the GM, Jarrod, who was incredibly friendly (and a good salesperson for the buffet). Food was excellent - even tried the pizza desert which was also good Jarrod even hooked us up with some t-shirts. Make your way over. read more

Pizza Ranch - a man opening a door to a restaurant - Pizza Near Me - Sergeant Bluff, Iowa

Delivery was prompt. Food was a little over cooked and edges burned but had the desired flavor. My order however was missing the two bottles of water that I paid for. read more

Glenda is wonderful and made us feel right at home. The automatic hand washer is worth the price of admission all it's own!

The pizza was delicious. I had the sweet swine. It arrived quickly and was still hot. The ranch potato logs are great too.

All I can say is WOW! I went there with a large group, and we ordered about 5 different pizzas for different people. They came out quickly and were perfect. The food on the lines were fresh and filled quickly, and the plates were off the table before we knew it. Food was great, customer service was excellent. I would eat here again and recommend it to anyone. read more

Here for lunch while on a long road trip, always looking for new pizza. This place ranks up there with ok! Buffet style with salad bar and self-serve drinks. While most employees were very pleasant and helpful, one stood below the rest... riding a cart through the dining room being rude, must have been the manager because he also used the sneeze guards as an arm-rest and served himself using his fingers - not sure where they may have been before. Except for the aforementioned example of a stellar employee, the place would have earned 3 stars... Addendum - my stomach is gurgling... (7 hours later, nothing else to eat) read more

Over the top friendly staff. Great place to eat. Kids love this place. Like pizza ranch. But this is the best. 3 time here

We came to this place on the recommendation of a couple locals we are working with, without an official Yelp search. After a search, at this time it has 10 reviews with 4 stars, so i felt it necessary to complete a proper review. It gets 1 star for facility general condition/cleanliness. 1 star for its diverse food group menu for being a pizza place. 1 star for general food prep and quality. Nothing was bad but nothing is above good. In a nutshell, its a wannabe CiCis pizza with some country cooking options. For essentially $13 after tax for buffet, id expect a better quality experience, but seems like they expect quantity over quality. I was going to take away half a star because of that, but the fried chicken made up for that half star. 3 star total review and does not make my "saved collection". read more

When we arrived, the restaurant was all but empty. We were asked to sit in a back room (and no reason was given as to why) but refused and sat in the main room. Another family came in shortly after and after they had already sat down, the manager came by and ordered them to sit in the back room. They didn't protest and did as they were told. The manager came by and started removing plates from our table that we weren't done with and was unapologetic when we told her to not take them. The Christian radio station they were playing was so loud we had to speak loudly just to hear each other talk. So, not only do I believe this establishment to be racist and bigoted, but has inappropriate management and they should reevaluate their policies for taking care of guests and promoting a family-friendly environment for ALL families. read more

Rudest people I have dealt with on delivery ever. If you get my order wrong, please tell me how you are going to fix it. Please don't sigh on the phone over and over then state, "I don't know what you want me to do. I don't know when we can get back to you." Won't order from here again, not will anyone from my group. Horrible way to treat customers. read more

Great pizza and chicken to boot! Clean restaurant and buffet.

We had a party of 12 and chose to use one if the backrooms. It was freezing the whole time. Even after I had been there an hour. I know some places keep it cool to keep customers from hanging out too long. If they want to cheap out on some heat, they can forget my business. I was wearing a long sleeve t-shirt with a hoodie over it. If I can't be warm INDOORS, with that much clothing on, forget it! And isn't Pizza Ranch Dutch owned? Why are they open on Sundays when they talk about God in the sign at the front door? read more

this was quite possibly one of the best buffets I have ever been to. to put this into perspective, I have lived all over the east coast as well as overseas. we stumbled upon this buffet on our way to south dakota and it was amazing. the pizza was amazing. the buffet also included a little country section which was just as amazing as the pizza. the dinner buffet was $12 and included pizza, salad, fried chicken, dessert, and drinks. just check it out read more

Could not understand the order taker on the phone. Perhaps language was a barrier as he seemed to not want to be identified althought my receipt said his name was gerrardo. Did not deliver what was asked for or what was needed. Asked for all white chicken, got dark meat. No utensils delivered such as a fork or napkins. Called to inform the manager of a breakdown in the process. Are mashed potatoes or coleslaw expected to be eaten with 2 fingers? The manager could not care less, I was just another complaining customer so I surmise they're pretty used to complaints. Buffalo Chicken pizza tasted and was cooked just like any other hundreds of these restaurants across the nation so that was good. I would not recommend this place nor will I order from them again when traveling to this town again, which is often. read more

GET THE BUFFET!! (Locals know best)Food was good but completely wrong. Order was not comped. Wait was not long but we are pretty sure one pizza was for the buffet and not us. We called on the phone when we were close to see if it would be possible to order and have our food ready when we got there. They didn't answer the first two times and the second time it went to fax. The third time we called they answered and we explained what we wanted. They started to take our order, seeming to understand then we said what we wanted. They kept repeating is that your request to which I said yes! Then they said oh sorry honey we don't do that. We got at the restaurant to which the cashier didn't understand simple menu concepts. When our order was wrong the manager was very confused and appeared to be tired or dumb. They offered it redone and thought they just switched the toppings for our gf and regular pizzas but the ingredients weren't even the same. The bathroom was gross and looked like someone had relieved themselves all over the seat. There was an interesting hand washing system outside the bathroom. It was unclear upon arrival where you were supposed to go to order or seat yourself. Go to the cash register to order. read more
