Supreme Water Filtration - Dual tank dual valve system

Supreme Water Filtration

I am so happy with my upgraded water softener and filtration system!!…read more Joseph was very responsive throughout the entire process and took the time to answer a lot of detailed questions before I made my decision about the equipment, long-term maintenance, warranty coverage, and service costs clearly. Brandon and Tyler handled the installation and were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful of my home. They worked quickly, kept the area organized, and left the installation looking clean and sleek. There was a plumbing issue during installation involving the inlet/outlet configuration corrected it immediately. They also noticed that my existing water-softener drain line was smaller than what they preferred for proper regeneration. Rather than ignoring it, they brought it to my attention and Joseph agreed to upgrade the drain line so the new system could operate properly long term. I really appreciated that they identified the potential issue before it became a problem later. The difference in my water was immediate. I took my first shower after installation and it was incredibly soft and silky -- noticeably better than the Whirlpool system I had for 7 years since it can soften and filter for chlorine and other contaminates. I also appreciate how simple the maintenance is. I only need to keep salt in the brine tank, and the system regenerates automatically. No special softener-cleaning products or complicated routine maintenance. I spent $3k for the unit and install, and this is one of the best investments to make for your home, skin, hair, and physical health. With a 5 year warranty and reasonable service fees after, I now have peace of mind after dealing with the failure of my previous unit. Thank you to Joseph, Brandon, and Tyler for a great experience. I would absolutely recommend them!!

I called supreme water filtration, and spoke with the owner Joseph, who couldn't be nicer. He also walked me through and educated me on the system and literally saved me money by not having the previous owner's company come out and negligently charge me money. Trust and integrity are huge in my book, and Joseph just reinforce that ideology. I would highly recommend anyone to deal with him and know that you are going to get a good honest vendor. Thanks Joseph for your help today!!

Jeff, the owner, took his time explaining possible causes and remedies for our leak, and he worked late 2 nights to get all work done quickly. Jared worked with him and was very professional. When out water heater died last year, I asked Jeff if he would install a better quality water…read moreheater, so I wouldn't have to replace it in 10 yrs, so he chose a 12 yr parts and 2yr labor warranty Rheem with lots of bells and whistles. It didn't even last a year before the heating element cracked... When I reached out, no one responded for a week, before I could get someone out to just come and access it. Upon inspection it was the heating element that had cracked. Rheem had them on back order, so Jeff's colleague, Antonio researched and found a replacement element, that was available the next day and made every effort to get our water heater repaired asap, before the weekend. Antonio is responsive, professional and helps in a timely manner. Jeff didn't respond for a week. We were without hot water for 10 days! The water heater never got to the set temperature of 129°, it would only get to 102°, which I don't feel sanitizes my dishes and clothes. Fast forward to less than 2 weeks later and the water heater stopped heating entirely again! I reached out to Jeff on Thursday (6/25) and still haven't heard a word from him. Thankfully, I have Antonio's contact info, as he actually is responsive and responds within minutes. My issue is I reported it not heating last Thursday, this go round, the part has to be ordered and they don't know how long it will be before it gets here. I call BS, as I ran a maintenance and construction company for 17yrs and I know all of the verbal jargon used by vendors to delay repairs/replacement of parts... I've heard them all... So we're on day 6 without hot water and no idea how much longer we're going to be without a hot shower, hot water to wash dishes or our clothes! So extremely frustrating! Save your money and find a better plumber!

The wiring from our boiler to our thermostat was faulty. Jason immediately alleviated our concerns that he could be of assistance and he visited our house shortly thereafter. Yes, he came to our house on new years eve to help us out in need when no other electrician was available. He sacrificed his time, and his holiday schedule to help out strangers in need. 2. Jason was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and hard working. He took the time to hear of concerns, and explain everything in details so that we understood the electrical/heating problems that we were facing. 3. Jason cleaned up the work of our previous scammer electrician, who cut corners, left holes in our wall, left exposed wires everywhere, and who was unreliable. All in all, we will gladly work with Jason again. In addition, we will recommend him to all our friends and family who need electrical assistance. Look no further for an honest, hard working, reasonably priced, intelligent, and kind professional!!!!

Also, the previous plumber put circulating pumps on both our water heaters to lower the risk of freezing pipes during cold weather, but the flows were going the wrong direction so they needed to be either changed or taken off. We took those off. That evening, there was a slight drip that apparently activated the auto shutoff valve of the new water heater and turned off the hot water line. I put in a call that night and they responded quickly and had the repair done early in the morning. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has good service and great plumbers who tell you straight what needs to be done and corrects any errors on their part quickly and in my case, for no charge. I would totally recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about Trident plumbing. I recently had to replace my pressure…read moreregulator valve and contacted a few plumbers to get estimates and time frames. Trident had availability when I need them and their price was fair. Vlad and his assistant (my apologies I forgot the assistant's name) were the plumbers assigned to my job; They were both professional and courteous. Vlad explained what they were going to do and got quickly to work on replacing the valve. They worked tirelessly digging up and removing the old valve. Despite the heat and humidity they were happily working together to replace the valve and even dealt with interruptions from my son who was very curious about the work taking place outside of his window. They answered his questions and didn't seem annoyed by his curiosity. Once the job was complete Vlad showed me the new valve and explained how to operate it, he also explained the invoice and asked if I had any questions. I don't know much about plumbing, but the quality of the work looked top notch. They cleaned everything up and I couldn't even tell anyone had been in my flower bed. I was really impressed. Lastly, the inspector for the city of Frisco came out to inspect the job and even commented on how clean and professional the new installation was. I highly recommend Trident plumbing and I will use them for all of my future plumbing needs. I was happy with the entire process; I didn't feel like I was being upsold or overcharged for the work. Everything was explained and the work was preformed in a professional manner. Well done!

Hello, We used Trident Plumbing out of Frisco Texas for a slab leak detection during our home…read moresale. The quality of testing was terrible and our follow up requests for support was worse. Trident detected two leaks under the house. One leak they detected was 7 feet away from the actual leak and the other was 21 feet away from where they detected. Because we used their recommendations on access points and measurements we went into the slab in the garage to fix one and tore apart one of our bathrooms to access the other. Based on the actual locations we could have gone in from the exterior of the house. Their errors cost us an extra $5,700 in plumbing cost, more than $900 in bathroom repair and alot of work and time. Each time we followed up with Trident to discuss the situation we were treated very poorly. I also sent them emails with no follow up. Thomas Bates and Brian Brunner miss handled the situation. Follow Up to Response Below: I guess I can't respond to your response below but I can edit my initial comment. 1) We hired you for a leak detection and your leak detection was completely wrong. As a licensed plumber I expected quality work as I would with any licensed professional. The very experienced licensed master plumber we hired to do the digging and repair thought he could rely on your detection as well. 2) Your price per foot to dig was much higher thus we would have had a larger outlay of cash if we went with you to do the work. Furthermore, given the quality of your work, in hindsight I am thankful we did not use you. 3) Obviously you care more about your online reviews than you do your customers because this has been going on since December with no adequate response from you and yet you respond to my Yelp comment within a couple hours.

I finally got back around to this goal of mine. I have worked hard enough to treat myself and my family with this luxury. It is a luxury and I do not take that for granted. It is expensive (though we were able to snag a special - yay!) but I know it is worth it - especially having been experiencing skin sensitivities lately, too, so I am hoping this will aid in nourishing and restoring my skin. I did plenty of homework and read tons of reviews before deciding to go with JBC. The reviews are legit. My experience from the initial call with Jessica to our initial consultation with Jeff to the install led by Marvin was all top notch. Getting scheduled was very easy. I was familiar with the water tests but still wanted to go through the process with Jeff. It was very informative and engaging. It was great to get to feel the difference in our water and the soft water that we would be getting. That took about an hour from start to finish. We wanted to get the water installed before Christmas but due to the rain, we needed to wait. However, they came the Saturday morning before Christmas to install the kitchen's reverse osmosis unit so that we could have something before the holidays. And they returned the day after Christmas to complete installation on the exterior of the home. Marvin was polite, professional and informative afterwards explaining everything and answering our questions. They also did a great job afterwards. If I ever had a question, they always (Jeff, Jessica and Marvin) were quick to respond. When digging they did displace (and not replant) a bush that I had recently planted in the Spring. Once, I was aware it was gone, Jeff quickly made it right by crediting my account the cost of the bush. All in all, I was and still am very pleased with the level of customer service, professionalism and responsiveness of this company. We are absolutely enjoying our soft water and look forward to tracking the benefits over time that show up with our hair, skin and nails along with our bodies. I am sure we will be better hydrated drinking less dissolved solids. Highly recommended!

We originally called for help removing an unusually placed back panel underneath our kitchen sink so we could access the plumbing. Once it was removed, I planned to install our new kitchen faucet myself, but quickly realized the space was so tight that I couldn't get the old fixture off. I called again the next day, and Vlad came out that morning and installed the new faucet for us. Then, later that same evening, I accidentally broke the cartridge while trying to install a new shower handle. We suddenly couldn't turn the water back on to the entire house. Even though Vlad had already worked a full day, he came by after his last job to help us figure out a way to at least get our water back on. What impressed me most was that he didn't just look for a quick temporary fix. He took his time, worked through the problem, and ultimately ended up fixing the shower handle and getting everything working properly. Vlad is knowledgeable, resourceful, patient, and genuinely cares about finding the right solution rather than just putting a bandage on a problem. After moving into a new home and tackling a seemingly endless list of projects, finding someone this dependable has been incredibly valuable. We'll absolutely be calling Vlad again for future projects and would highly recommend him.
