So he finally reviewed the footage and supposedly forwarded the information to the new district manager. Said the old one was fired. Well 2 weeks more and nothing. They are literally avoiding the situation. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM. THEY ARE NOT A BBB ACCREDITED BUSINESS. READ THE REVIEWS ON THE BBB WEBSITE. Always the same story. Lawsuit incoming. Therefore I felt when my Lexus RX 350 had transmission slippage at only 130.000, I was screwed! Fearful I had to sink over $8000+ to keep my suv running, I begrudgingly headed into HIGHLAND to empty my pocketbook. Well I don't like to admit it often , but I was wrong. I met some of the most honest and kind people period! Ends up I didn't need a transmission at all! I was told by the technicians that this has happened before at this location, which was concerning to hear. Even more concerning, I was informed that they currently do not have a manager because the previous manager left for another location. When I asked what could be done about the broken dipstick, I was told to "maybe just super glue it back on." A broken dipstick is not a proper repair, and it leaves me unable to easily check my oil level without additional work and expense. While I understand that accidents happen, what matters is how a business handles them. In this case, there was no real solution offered, no accountability taken, and I was still charged full price for the service despite leaving with a damaged vehicle component. Since this happened, my truck is now in the shop and I am currently without a vehicle. I am having to spend upwards of $60 just to get to work, all out of my own pocket, while also trying to pay to fix damage that was caused during their service. The "manager" told me, "I'll put a claim in for you," but I still have not heard from anyone. The entire situation has been unprofessional and clearly careless. What is even more frustrating is that one of the technicians simply moved on to the next vehicle as if nothing had happened. Their slogan is "10-minute oil change," yet I was there for over an hour before they even started working on my truck. The lack of urgency, accountability, and customer service was unbelievable. I hope ownership or upper management addresses these issues, as customers should not have to pay for mistakes made during routine maintenance. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location. I honestly would not trust them with my kids' toy truck if they were the only option left. Pathetic.

No complaints with the service I received here! My light to change my oil in my truck came on the…read moreother day and I don't like to wait too long to change it after the light comes on. I was leaving a nearby ice cream shop and noticed they had no wait, so I pulled in, impressed that I could get an oil change at 7:40 at night. There were a couple hurdles though, so I drove in to see if they could make the hurdles. The biggest hurdle is I have a warranty on my engine that requires me to use Mobil1 Oil, so I had to make sure they had it. Luckily they did! The second hurdle was could/would they take me that close to closing time. The staff here did not even act bothered by that, in fact the genuinely seems grateful I was there! They were so fast, I was blown away when they told me they were done, and had I not been sitting in my car watching them do it, I might have had a hard time believing they could do it that fast! I also learned during this visit they can help you with Windshield Wipers, Air Filters, and Coolant Exchanges, in addition to oil changes. This was my first time visiting a Take 5 Oil Change store, but after this experience I would not hesitate to come here again!
