I felt immediate relief after the first and after about a week or two I went back to Ed for a followup... felt even more relief after the 2nd visit. I waited to write this review as I wanted to see how long the treatments would hold up - and very happy to say that the treatments held up, and that alongside work i've been doing (gym, stretching, etc) - it has kept the pain away and my neck is regaining the flexibility it once had. You have to text him on arrival so he can open the gate leading to the building he practices in. The first time I visited Ed he mostly did P-DTR with me and a tiny bit of manual therapy. I felt considerably better for a few days. I went back , gave him my feedback about what I felt in my body since then, and he promised me I'd feel better for even longer. He only did P-DTR on me. The improvements I felt didn't even last the day. Between that and some deeper research I did into the nature of P-DTR, I decided it's not worth another try.
