Based in the estimate, reviews and word of mouth, I set up a day and time for the service. They arrived on time, even called 30 minutes prior to showing up, reviewed the areas, pointed out potential areas that were not cleanable, no fault of their own but my parents who used a bleaching agent to clean some spots. These guys are truly amazing!! They deep cleaned and deodorized all the carpets when we moved out and I think the carpets look better than they did when we bought the house! Because of the referral AND speaking to Jeff about my needs, as well as, his price point, I decided to utilize 1 Stop Cleaning services for cleaning the carpet upstairs AND cleaning the ceramic tile floors and grout on the 1st floor. Although they do not provide housekeeping services, Jeff does offer move-in cleaning services which was a great stress reliever for me!!
