I spoke with Niko when booking and mentioned we have a senior dog with a few accidents. He was upfront that they'd do the best they could, which I appreciated. Booking was super easy, and I loved that they use an app where you can view your appointments and invoices all in one place. They gave us a 2-4 PM arrival window and showed up toward the later end, which was totally fine. I wasn't home during the service, but my husband was, and the technician called when he arrived and explained everything clearly. They shampooed, agitated, and deodorized the carpets, and took extra care with the areas where our dog had accidents. I was especially impressed with how the stairs turned out--while they weren't heavily soiled, they tend to trap a lot of dog hair from daily use, and they came out looking really clean and refreshed. He also recommended a quick vacuum after drying, which helped a lot with any remaining hair. Overall, they did a really solid job.

I contacted Carpet Monkey about this and was assured that someone would get back to me with a solution to this. I even included photos documenting the damage. Nobody even bothered to get back to me. Carpet monkey wouldn't even refund me the $259 I paid them for my cleaning as a kind gesture and to fix the damage they did it's over $1100! What a joke. I don't understand all the good reviews.

Carlos is an extremely professional and a nice guy. He cleaned the carpet and walls for my entire house and that alone immediately brightened the vibe. The carpet was fluffy and so clean, I'll never go back to renting a rug doctor. Due to the nice work with my carpets, I also had him clean a white couch that needed refreshing. Not only did it look refreshed...it looked brand new like when I first purchased it. My spot cleaner just doesn't do justice compared to professional cleaning. In addition to carpet cleaning, Carlos is very connected to the community and has helped me several times with additional help and resources...quickly. For example I had an issue with my sink drain, all plumbers around were busy for at least a week. We called Carlos and someone was at our door within a few hours to fix that and install a new faucet. I'm really glad we asked, because the previous owners never installed a water filtration system so special tools were needed due to all the rust. I'll be using Carlos regularly for all of my carpet cleaning needs and exclusively for referrals. I'm a first time home buyer and can't thank him enough for the help he has provided.
