Every time I go, they give me exactly what I ask for. They are very friendly and despite always seemingly being quite busy I never feel rushed to decide what I want. I also never have to wait very long at all especially since I always just walk in. I'm very introverted and this is easily the most comfortable I have ever felt at a nail salon. The vibe is pretty comfortable and friendly. I enjoy coming here, even though it's a bit of a drive for me. The price is always consistent and I love their work.
