I just picked up my new 2026 Tiguan and couldn't be happier with it. While everyone at Colonial VW have always been most helpful, I want to acknowledge two staff members who were really great this time around. Kristine Marino was wonderful in ensuring the lease inspection was taken care of (as I was not able to be there). I was concerned that there would be a problem with my absence, but Kristine did everything and kept me up to date on the process. Without her help, I would have had to wait a week before getting my new car. When I got my new Tiguan, I wouldn't have gotten out of the dealership driveway without the help of Steven Tkacyk. There were so many differences between this Tiguan and the older model, I could never have figured it out without Steve. He spent over an hour showing me every screen and button (so many changes from my last Tiguan!). Here's what made Steve so special - he was exceptionally patient no matter how many times I asked him to repeat something. I have never experienced such kindness and patience in the after sale part of getting a new car. Thank you to Steve and Kristine for your exceptional kindness and help in getting me into my new Tiguan (and literally getting me out of your driveway!).

I was quoted high and low for the job from many other shops but I chose this shop because it stood out in the best ways. I meet the owner as I was searching shops for quotes and stopped by early (9am roughly) met the owner, he had me feeling comfortable for he is a friendly guy. I told him how I have a 2018 Chevy Silverado with a messed up transmission he told me that he's very familiar with the brand and the showed that he's definitely knowledgeable and confident which other shops happen to lack. He on the spot quoted me for the best possible opinion with my truck's condition I liked that he mentioned a 3 year warranty on parts and labor for the job. He insured me that the truck would come in and would be done a week from the day I leave my truck. The price was absolutely reasonable for the hefty work load (5k). I had went to other shops they said they could try and address the issue directly and I could spend less but those people lack confidence in the work they happen to mention that they have only done one other Chevy prior and that it was difficult they lost me at that point. I have spoken to the dealership and they nearly quoted me for double the price with no close date or availability. This shops was the best bang for my buck the reviews brought me and and they absolutely delivered. I have been driving my truck daily since for a little over a week now and not a hiccup or tick or leak in sight they really did there thing. They was punctual on the timing and they know what there doing which is key in a highly sensitive job like this, price was good, owners a cool guy as well, the warranty is amazing. I can't figure out what more you would want from a shop. Then when he put the car on the lift, he brought me underneath with him and showed me everything he was looking at. He found that all four brake rotors were rusted (which I got the dealer to fix for free, saving me $700), but gave the car the all clear besides that. Overall, an extremely friendly and useful experience. Here's the kicker, though: because he had made me wait for 20 minutes or so, he insisted that I not pay him anything for the inspection. Wow.

They told me it was the nozzle on the rear window that wasn't containing the fluid and it was rapidly spraying out. They even showed me that it was spraying haphazardly. I then specifically asked if they had LOOKED at the washer fluid lines and they said yes. They went ahead with the service of the nozzle. Two to three weeks later the washer fluid was out again. This time I brought it to another shop who looked under the hood. Come to find out, the washer pump, the hose, as well as the ignition coil had been eaten by rats. I needed an entirely new washer pump. Very disappointing that this wasn't addressed when I brought the car to A&A but am thankful someone else took the time to look at it.
