As of 2023 I can confirm that the reviews left before are right on the dot. I wish I would have read the reviews before going. Not only did a couple of shirts come back with dirt on the collar but one of my shirts was ruined. I let the dirty collars slide a couple times but I have to share what happened next . I continued coming back but this last time was my last. I took in a white dress shirt in perfect conditions and when I went to go pick it up, it had blue dye all around the collar area. Keep in mind that I have taken this white shirt to other dry cleaners before moving into this town and I've had zero problems, so it is not a matter of "product defectiveness" which is what the store owner claimed. I told her that they needed to make this right because it's not fair that the consumer always ends up having to pay money and the business always finds a way out. I asked her to reimburse me her max payout posted on her sign inside, which was $30.... Keep in mind this shirt cost me $100, and all I asked was for her to do something to make this right. To begin with she didn't want to pay me a dime. I had to argue over the phone for several minutes until she gave in and said she would only give me $20 take it or leave it. At this point I could care less about the shirt or the money, all I wanted was for her to make things right. This was the consequence of not knowing how to handle this garment, which if they would be careful enough to check what they can and can't accept I would've walked away if they told me it's a risk. The chemicals they used were too rough. On top of all this getting a hold of her was a battle after 5 straight visits to the shop,only then did I manage to make progress. Her employees did not want to give me her phone number after I told them I am not able to come by at the time that she's in, they simply shrugged and said they can't do anything about it.. so I had to continue looking for a way to get to her until I had to give up my own phone number and wait for her to call me. They collect your phone number when checking in an item, why didn't she call me after a told them it was ruined ? Why did I have to go 5 times to get to her ? Wasted time and gas on my end. Not fair at all. Regardless I was determined to make them see that they have to be held accountable. Easily the worst experience with a dry cleaners business. I don't do this to defame them, I do it to warn of the risks to the consumers. Things like this can't just be left without being said. They need to update their systems for when clothes are due. I dropped some clothes off on 2/8 and my receipt has 2/9 for the due date, the next day after 5:00 PM. So I go there on 2/9 after 5:00 PM to pick up my clothes and the cashier tells me the due date is really for 2/10. I then asked why it still has 2/9 on the receipt if it's really a 2-day waiting period and she just shrugged and smiled. It's an inconvenience that the owners need to address. read more

Located right next to my new found favorite local goto beer wine store is my new found goto cleaners since my old one went under. What is the difference between 1.98 and 1.89 dryclean direct? Other than 10 cents I am clueless. This place however, is a good size facility is fast, have extended hours (open Sunday's too) for those of us who work late and they are efficient. In and out drop your clothes off one day and pick them up the next real simple. They also do shoe, luggage, leather repair and other minor fabric repair and/or alterations. Only complaints are they take cash in advance only, no credit cards not even bank ATM cards. There is a ATM machine in the place but it charges like $2.00. The other thing is that back in the late fall (I have all my clothes cleaned before storing them away). They had frayed the end on the collar a little, on one of my summer shirts must have got caught in the machine some how but they didn't alert me to it and by the time I discovered the damaged collar it was months later (spring) so I couldn't say anything. These things happen but I should always take a quick glance at everything as soon I get home just in case there is a problem that was overlooked on sight. Everything else is nicely cleaned, starched, pressed and creases are where they should be. I guess the real test will be when I bring in part of my Kendo uniform the "hakama" and see if they get the creases right on that. Don't waste your time! Pet owners in particular, beware. This business kept my coat for two days, then returned it UNCLEANED because "it had cat fur on it." No one told me when I dropped it off that that was a problem. No one called me in the two days they had my coat to tell me it was a problem. I've never had this issue at any other cleaner. At the very least, they should have refused service to begin with, rather than letting me pay for cleaning and leave my coat there for two days, when I could've taken it elsewhere. 2 stars only for the price...if you want to Launder shirts and stuff it seems like a fine place...however too many times when I send something in for dry cleaning that may have some food stain or some dirt on it, it is returned with the dirt not removed! I will have to point it out to them to which they will reclean it, but makes me wondering how thorough of a job they do in the first place and whether they can be trusted....fine place for simple stuff and clothes that aren't too dirty...but don't have high expectations... They once tore a dress shirt of mine and only gave me 8 dollar credit for it saying that it was already semi-ripped when i turned it in..which I am pretty certain was not the case... Sometimes if they see a stain they may refuse to clean it, especially if it is something that looks like throw-up even when you tell them it is not... despite all the negative things, you kind of get what you pay for. for regular clothes that aren't too dirty this is a fine place for the price...if you have some real nice stuff that really needs to get cleaned, I would go somewhere else read more

ABORT!!!! FIND ANOTHER DRY CLEANERS!!! I cannot agree more with the rest of these reviews. I brought in a red silk shirt from Barneys Co-Op and instead of cleaning it I received it back with holes. I had to go back twice to speak with a manager because he was only there at odd hours. He was only going to give me credit for the items I was picking up, $14. I said NO, this cost about $90 and now I cannot wear it because of the holes. I pointed to the sign and said I want $30. He said we can give you a credit on your account for the rest and I told him NO I wanted the remainder in cash. (Glad I did after I saw Marcus' review) While waiting I was looked through the items I was picking up and noticed that one of the dresses still had some makeup on it. He quickly went to the back and took care of it. I asked him why that wasn't taken care of the first time and noted that I always look over the clothes before walking out because there is always something that hasn't been done right. He told me I should look for another dry cleaners if I wasn't happy. I would only go there if the items you are dropping off are not important to you, anything designer should be left to the pros unless you want to get it back all messed up. The best part of all of this is that I went back yesterday to drop off some of my husband's shirts and the attendants said there was a note in the computer saying not to give me service anymore. Worst place ever... They put a stain on one of my shirts. They tried cleaning it 4 times but the stain was still there. On my 5th visit, when I got my shirt the stain was slightly still there. The manager took it back to the back and took the stain off in 1 min. I don't understand why that wasn't done the first time. The manager said that I was the one that put the stain there... I don't understand that when the shirt was brand new still in the packaging when I took it in. Then the manager told me to never come back cause he doesn't want my business. I went in 5 times for a stain that they put on my shirt and they tell me that they don't want me business..... Very very poor service. Never ever bring your fine fabrics to this place. I am a first time customer brought in a beautiful royal blue 100% silk dress that is totally ruined by some chemical that they used. After expressing my extreme dissapointment, I was informed that their policy is to reimburse only $30.00 for items that they have ruined. I spoke with the manager a few days later, who stated that the owner would only allow a fifty dollar credit. Are you kidding? Do you honestly think that I will be using this cleaners again. My clothes were cleaned, and pressed well. They were also ready when I asked for them. They do however now smell like they've been sitting in some old lady's basement for weeks. I'm not going to bring anything of importance here, but for a quick press sure why not. I can always spray everything down with febreeze afterwards. read more

I brought them two coats back in the Spring for cleaning and storage. I took them out last week because I haven't needed a coat in seven months. I discovered that both coats have white/ yellow spots of something dried on them, likely starch. When I took the coats back, still in the plastic and on the hangers the worker pointed to the sign about articles left for more than 30 days and said, "So how long ago was March? That's more than 30 days." Needless to say what should have been a mea culpa and an easy recleaning is now a customer who will never return. read more

This is the worst dry cleaner I have ever used! My suede jacket was returned to me with stains and wrinkles. They took it back to redo, sent it away and it took 2 weeks to get it back only to find it was even worse. I have never returned and do not recommend that anyone use this business. read more

My family has been using this dry cleaners as it has changed owner over the decades. What use to be a high quality cost effective dry cleaner now sucks under the current management. The workers are rude, don't care about the quality of their work and have no problem with taking your money without adequately providing the service they are supposed without an ounce shame. They will boldly look you in the eye acknowledging that a garment is still dirty and tell you that they have done their job. Recommended driving elsewhere to get your clothes cared for:-(. read more

This company claims to be better than Zips but they are not. They commit false advertisement just like Zips cleaners. They advertise laundered shirts at $1.35 but want to charge $1.98 to press a woman's laundered shirt (not blouse) because it does not fit on their machines. This sounds like a personal problem not my problem. Since when does a smaller laundered shirt cost more than a larger laundered shirt - - only when you are being ripped off by these fly by night cleaners. read more

WARNING!! DO NOT GO HERE! These "cleaners" ruined our down comforter. After taking it in an annual cleaning, we picked it up (after waiting the 7 days they said it would take) and found it was covered in pink spots. The manager explained that these were from a leaky bottle they use to spray a fresh scent on items. He assured me they could remove the spots and asked I return in (another) week. When I went back, it clearly hadn't been touched, and was even still folded identically on the hanger. He told me he would personally clean it this time, but when I picked it up a few days later, he had clearly washed this item in water -- exactly what you are not supposed to do. The down filling was clumpy and some of the pink spots still remained. They completely ruined it. I will NEVER return and highly caution other customers to beware. This $20 "dry cleaning" will cost several hundred to replace. read more
