When we walked in u can say that the place was nice and big. It was also connected to soup and poke place. They had many flavor options. It took about 25 minutes to get our drinks but for the taste it was worth it. The one thing is that I would not recommend getting the brown sugar, it was very watery. read more

This place was so homey and the staff was friendly. The atmosphere was nice and everyone was social distancing and wearing masks. Their drinks were so good, the only thing is that their boba could have a little more flavor. Their tea definitely makes up for it though. Connected to a poke place which I didn't try, but it looks promising. I'd have to say that the tiger milk tea was the best one. Update: I did try the poke/ramen place next door. I only got the ramen, but the portions were good and it was amazing. Definitely would buy the two together as a meal! read more

Okay all I gotta say is this place Really does have the best boba in reno area. I've legit gone pretty much everywhere in the area and this one tops it. They have a huge variety of drinks, and also the staff is very knowledgeable about the drinks and have that great customer service. Also of you're a first timer or trying something new they have free samples and also they have a huge variety of topping you can sample too. My cousin and I came in and wanted to try their White rabbit drink. But they were all put of the candy they blend in the drink. But that's how you know its hood. So this gives us a reason to be back again. So my cousin got their tiger boba, while I got the black sugar mill tea with lychee jelly. Both very flavorful. Tea is preference, i however do not like very sugary drinks. Tried the smoothies, fruit teas and matcha tea. That being said try it out if you like sweet drinks. Not much space for seating, seems more of a hangout spot if your lucky to catch an empty seat. The service was a bit on the slow side so if you have 30 minutes to spare give it try. read more

I was greeted when first entering the building, my order was taken within moments. I ordered a large Tiger Tea with coffee jellies and a large Taro with blueberry and rainbow jelly's. I also ordered their wings to go as well. There wasn't too many people within Ijji's' and 1,2 tea- it took longer than normal for the wings almost 23 minutes and 12 mins for the boba's. When I finally left my ice was almost melted and the blended taro was melting as well. There a really great establishment I wish the employees at 1, 2 tea we're more knowledgeable on the appetizers on their menu, he didn't seem to know anything though I've seen him working many times. He said if I had questions I can go to Ijji's and ask- I think their staff in 1,2 tea should actually know their menu items. Not just brush your questions under the rug. I would of actually ordered more food had he known their menu. read more

Bobalicious! This place is so fun and the staff is amazing and full of delicious suggestions! The atmosphere is adorable and very relaxing. You do have to wait a bit for your beverage, but it's worth the wait. The kids love the strawberry and mango peach with strawberry popping bobas and I have enjoyed the vanilla chai and Hokkaido with plain boba. This is quickly becoming a weekly stop for my crew. read more

I stopped by here after getting takeout from Ijji 4 Noodles next door. They are actually connected through a door, I didn't realize that until later. I bought the mango drink with mango stars and bulba and the jasmine milk tea. They both tasted great! A bit pricey though, if I recall correctly 2 drinks costed me $10 something. They also serve snacks like wings and pot stickers. Will come back for more for sure. I recommend the jasmine milk tea if u like the taste of tea. read more

I have to admit, I am not big into boba. Not because I don't like them, but because I don't know what to get! However, while waiting for a to-go order from Ijji Noodle House next door, I decided to get a boba drink at 1,2, Tea. Ian, the manager, was so nice and walked me through the different types of boba drinks. I basically just asked what he would recommend, and we settled on mango-strawberry fruit tea. It was good! So refreshing, not overly sweet, and the flavor combo is distinct, but subtle. I am excited to try other flavors, especially when the weather gets warmer. Overall, I would highly recommend. The place is clean, nicely decorated, has Covid safety measures in place. Ian took the time of introducing himself, which to me is a mark of a local business. We are waiting for urgent care and my daughter wanted chai. Instead of going to Starbucks I decided to try this place. I ordered iced chai and got talking to a nice young man working. He gave me 2 chais one iced (what I ordered) one hot and said for my daughter to feel better. How generous!!! 2020 has been weird I'm thankful for this kindness. Both chais are sooo good. I loved the first time I visited. This time was not that great. We ordered lavender milk tea with boba and coffee coconut smoothie with boba. The lavender tea tasted watered down, it was not flavorful at all. And the bobas were way undercooked--the middle of bobas were HARD. I have always told my friends that bobas are more for chewing pleasure than the flavor. Unfortunately, these bobas were not pleasant at all, so much so that I didn't consume more than half of my bobas. The coffee coconut smoothie was good, but again, the bobas were left uneaten. The customer service clerk was nice and patient while I made my choice. I wanted to try a "rainbow" tea that I saw from a Yelp post by owner but it was not available so it took me awhile to choose a replacement. read more

I'm so excited that there is a boba place in South Reno! I tried 3 of their drinks and they did not disappoint. Highly recommend the Tiger Milk Tea if you want a creamier drink, and the Green Tea Passion Fruit if you're more of a fruity drink person. It's also nice that you can grab some food next door. I love this boba place - I'm a regular for both of the locations. However, the last few times I visited the Damonte location, this is what I got for my large size drink: no ice = a large gap in cup. I'm confused because they wouldn't do this before, when I ordered no ice I would still get at least 95% full cup of drink. Now I'm only getting like 70%. This place is right up the road and we love it. Then why over 4 of 5 stars? I think they need more help. Not that it is terrible, and it could just be my timing, but from when I am in they need more help. I love their Earl Grey Milk Tea. I am not a boba fan so I go without those. The quality of the drink and taste are just what I need. My daughter and wife also love the different ones they get. The price is a little higher than I would want but I keep going back so I guess it isn't too high. They also do have stamp cards so you do earn a free one over time. One time my wife tried something different and it wasn't to her taste. They had no problem replacing it with something else. Also, last time we were there it was almost a 15-minute wait for our drink, again because of how many drinks they had in front of us. It was my daughter, her grandpa, and me. about halfway through the owner brought out lil sample cup with a dolphin boba in it because my daughter was talking about them. They even have an air hockey and foosball table. The fact that they have halo halo drinks is definitely a plus in my book because I've been craving it and I can't find Halo halo anywhere in Reno. They had two options: Taro/Ube or Buko Pandan. I went with the Buko Pandan (if you know, you know). And my husband got the Tiger smoothie. The halo halo isn't the traditional dessert where you use a spoon and eat it, BUT I love the convenience of it being a drink and using the same ingredients anyway. I do like the Buko Pandan flavor so next time I'm going to try the Ube. The Tiger smoothie was also really delicious! You can taste both the Thai tea and the milk. It was on the sweeter side, but was still pretty delicious. There was only one employee working the store so it did take a while because a lot of other people showed up after us. But I'll definitely be back to try more things!

The first time, I tried their bun bo hue because I'm a sucker for well made bun bo hue (this place lets you add in the spice yourself so you can have adjust the spice to your liking). I love the chả lụa (Vietnamese ham), pork blood, tendon, beef slices in it topped with shredded cabbage, thai basil and lime juice. The broth is hearty and warming.
