The popular dishes such as the shrimp dumpling/hargow, pork shiu mai, and the beef rice noodle/cheung fun are all pretty standard. Some of my favorites include the cha shiu, and the beef tendon which not every dim sum place has let alone make it decently flavored in the way that this place does. The peanuts, dipping sauce, and teas are also solid. During our one week trip this year we came here twice, and we would probably come again!

Met with some relatives for dinner at this restaurant and was amazed at the amount of food choices. Since we had about 8 people, we just went with one of the seafood set dinner menus that they had available. Within the set menu, we were given a choice of king crab or lobsters. They had some huge crabs in the tanks out front, and we were able to pick one right fresh out of the tank for our meal. Fantastic! All the appropriate steam times are visually shown on your place mat. The set menu came with beef, chicken, pork, fish, crab, etc. All the ingredients were extremely fresh. The king crab, shrimp, and fish were the highlights for me. The crab meat was so incredibly sweet and tender. I could honestly eat that everyday. They also put some broth and fresh rice at the bottom of the steam pot. As you're steaming all your ingredients, all the flavors travel down into the broth and cook the rice into porridge. One thing to note is that it was a really long process to get everything cooked and eaten. I think we were there for 2.5~3 hours. However, there's really no way to really go home hungry after all that food...

The dim sum isn't bad here, and they have quite a few interesting items unique to this restaurant. Since it's "upscale", the price is a bit more expensive here, and I think they serve a lot of businesses that operate in the same building. I don't mind paying for service and decor, but considering all the delicious dim sum places in Hong Kong, the price doesn't justify it.
