We have Paradise Dynasty in the US, but the ones in Hong Kong have a different menu, with more interesting items. Drunken chicken, stir-fried shrimp and fried rice with stir-fried crab roe were unique to HK. They were all excellent, with the crab roe fried rice being the stand out. I wish we had that in the US! Of course, we had to order their signature xiao long bao. The setting is upscale, but casual. Overall, a nice way to end my trip to HK!

Unfortunately, after eating here, both of my kids became sick later that day. I can't say for certain that this restaurant was the cause, but it was the only meal they shared that differed from the rest of the family. Because of that experience, I'd recommend being cautious if you have a sensitive stomach or are traveling with young children. The food itself was good, but the experience left us hesitant to return.

On a Monday noon we rolled over and gave it a try. Closed space with thick Chinese deco, feels like some royal mansion 's lobby in ancient dynasty. Staff are a bit stiff which somehow fit in here. Food wise we ordered fish in chilli oil, chilled chicken in Sichuan source, beef stew with turnip and beans with minced pork. No surprise and hot level exceeded average. The souffle we received was a little watery on the inside. Staff claimed it was due to the quality of the eggs they got that day. We didn't finish it. Portuguese chicken rice also had a very flavourful and even sauce, and the chicken was the right moisture. Service (3/5) - Pretty prompt, the restaurant can get pretty busy.
