Dinner all-you-can-eat $149 for (unlimited) prime beef…read more$179 for "selected prime beef" $219 for "premium beef" and also unlimited seafood $269 for wagyu beef and seafood We chose the cheapest option $149 + 10% per person, and still it was really really good! We were 3 people, and they gave us 4 plates of beef and 2 plates of pork. You can request for more beef once you're done! Food is SELF-SERVED!!! - a lot of vegetables: spinach x2, some other green leafs x2, bok choy, corn, tomatoes, onions, pumpkin - lotus root! - mushroom options are: enoki, shaggy ink cap, oyster mushroom, shiitake I think?? - taro!!! - tofu - mini sausages with cheese inside - fried fishballs, cuttlefish balls, pork balls - chicken, fish $149 for AYCE hot-pot is a fantastic deal! Everyone gets their own pot, each pot with two soups of your choice. And the food is great quality also. Good beef, good pork, ok chicken and ok fish, and super good mushrooms! Fried fishballs, cuttlefish balls, and pork balls were all very very good. If you run out of soups, you simply take the jug from the centre and bring it back to your table. Everything is self-served! Definitely in love with this restaurant. SO BUSY THOUGH. Expect to wait 1 hour for walk-ins. But if you come at 5pm, it's quite empty!

I went there around 530pm just try to get the ticket for a 7pm seat. When I arrived the restaurant at 640 and the stupid waiter told me in a bad manner that I have just passed the number over 1 table and asked me to line again as said in the policy. What the FK is wrong with this restaurant!?! I have worked in Japan and people are always taking care the elderly never rude like this. I whole heartly wish the guys there do not have elderly people in their family to be treated like this. Its so unlike the Japanese nor hongkong spirit.the manager Charles 楊 gave me a number 39550476 to complain but can never get through.

On-Yasai is a Japanese shabu shabu chain with multiple locations in Hong Kong. The City Plaza…read morebranch just opened a few months ago. My three star review is based on the following: Food: 4 stars Service: 1.5 stars Atmosphere: 2 stars Value: 3 stars Recommended dishes: 12 spice pot, pork belly, pork neck, beef short rib The food here is actually pretty good. The quality of the meat is high and even for the more economical cuts the meat is still good. I prefer the pork over the beef and surprisingly I prefer the short rib over the wagyu cuts. The waygu fell apart really easily and was difficult to eat. You will need to order an individual pot for each person and they have various types of soup. I have tried the seaweed and the 12 spice pot. I prefer the 12 spice pot over the seaweed. It was much more flavorful. The nice thing about the pot is the soup base is not too oil and you can drink the soup if you like. The soup is not going to be too strongly flavored. Some will like that and some will think it's bland. I personally enjoyed having a lighter soup and didn't feel gross after finishing my meal. The service here is pretty bad. The menu is really disorganized and has multiple pages. There is a separate menu for ordering a set or a la carte. No one explained anything to us. Additionally, you need to order using an iPad which is pretty intuitive but if you never been here before it would be really helpful for an explanation. The design of this place is really bad. For a party of two the table is just way too small. Most hot pot places there is a trey to the side of the table where you can put your raw meat, vegetables, etc. Here there isn't enough room so they had to stack the items on the table. Our waitress while putting our food on the table knocked over my tea and spilled tea all over my phone. I have come here both for lunch and dinner. The lunch set is a much better value and I would recommend coming here during lunch time if you want to give this place a try.

Dinner here on New Year's Eve was definitely a disappointment. The place was barely half-filled and…read moreyet their service was very slow and almost non-existent. We went for dinner relatively early at around 5:30pm and were informed that suckling roast pig was already sold out. For a restaurant that prides itself in its suckling roast pig, that's pretty upsetting. It's your star dish, and it's already sold out before you're halfway through dinner time. We ended up ordering 2 bowls of soup ($38 for the first bowl, and $28 for additional bowls), pan-fried oysters/oyester omlete ($75), stir-fried Chinese kale with Chinese sausage/meats ($60ish), roasted pig ($62), pig knuckle ($52), a steamed fish in black bean sauce ($68). Since we ordered 5 dishes, we upgraded all 5 of those to be meal sets ($19 added for each dish) to add a bowl of rice and a drink. Their milk tea is said to be pretty good, but I've tried it in the past and it wasn't that special, so I took the lemon tea. Food-wise, I found pretty salty overall. Their stir-fried Chinese kale with Chinese sausages/meats were nothing like the picture in the menu, with far fewer vegetables and few pieces of meat. The roasted pig and pig knuckle were both pretty good. Their pan-fried oysters were decent, although there was too much flour in it and too few oysters. Their fish sauce for dipping was way too salty though. One thing I would return for is their afternoon tea sets, since Tai Hing does have good afternoon tea deals with their roast pig and BBQ pork meal sets. I'd suggest coming here mainly for their BBQ meats and milk tea since those are their specialties.

My girlfriend's aunt ordered a noodle soup bowl and it didn't arrive until we were about to leave Nothing positive about this place, steer clear.
