This was my first stop in Hong Kong for roast goose, and while it ended up being my least favorite of the meats, it was still very good--much leaner than I expected, with rich flavor.
The true standouts were the roast pork and char siu. The roast pork had an ultra-crispy skin--almost sharp enough to cut your mouth, but in the best possible way--paired with juicy, flavorful meat underneath. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient. The space is simple--white tiled walls, small stools, and a cozy, no-frills dining room that lets the food do all the talking.
