I believe the restaurant calls it "Eight Treasures Soup" in English probably because there are 8 unique ingredients in it. The fried rice is so well made with a well-balanced portion of Wagyu beef and foie gras. I could smell the lovely fragrance of both the soup and the fried rice as soon as they were brought to the table. Service is also exemplary as the waiter and waitress were always attentive and quick when I needed their service. I highly recommend trying this restaurant for a superb Chinese cuisine dining experience.

Sometimes they even give you a complimentary dish of century eggs with baby ginger. Other dishes I recommend are the sweet and sour pork and the fried glutinous rice with Chinese sausages. For dessert, the almond tea is really yummy. (When I say it's really good, it is really good as I'm never a big fan of Chinese dessert soup.) I have not heard of any 3-year-old that would drink tea. Also $15 for a bottle of water? Total money grab.
