One of the long-standing restaurants in Hong Kong known for its Chinese Hakka cuisine that is still serving delicious authentic dishes that has been keeping its customers coming. I remember going to their other branch in Kowloon when I was a child with my grandparents, and last night my friends and I went to their Wanchai's location. There were 8 of us and we ordered some of its famous dishes such as the Hakka style chicken (with a little variation of having spring green onions and ginger on top which is more Cantonese style since one of my friends prefers that), bone marrows with mushrooms and vegetables, stuffed tofu, etc. The soup was delicious and tasted like a home-made soup. They even gave us a free red bean soup dessert at the end of the meal to give a good finale to our meal. I will be back next time when I visit Hong Kong again. read more
